If your teeth is not in alignment also you will get those accumulation more often,because plaque accumulation is because of food particles which is getting stuck so rinse thoroughly followed by any food intake.Also check your brushing technique. And next time make sure after cleaning get polishing also done to smoothen after scaling to avoid rough surfaces. Those rough surfaces will catch tartar again to happen very soon.

It comes in so many brands.For dry mouth u can use ACT non sugar gums to helps in salivary stimulation and helps for bad breath and for quitting smoking u can use nicotex non sugar gums which helps to quit smoking. Any brand u can use but make sure it says sugar free and also don't chew more than 15mins to avoid jaw muscle pain.
