TEMPDROP FERTILITY ARMBAND REVIEW/UNBOXING | NATURAL BIRTH CONTROL

Hey everyone! Have you heard of the Tempdrop? I use the FAM method of birth control, and I've been really excited to give this product a try and share my opinion with all of you! It's a lot cheaper then the Ava bracelet, but it's similar in some ways, and completely different at the same time! Thanks for watching!

I love mine. I work nights and my sleep pattern is all over the place. I tried a bbt thermometer but it gave me crazy temps that I couldn't understand. Also found out that my body tried to ovulate early this month but couldn't and monitoring my bbt confirmed my super late ovulation! Totally recommend!

This was incredibly helpful. I work nights and also have extremely irregular sleep patterns, so I’ve really been struggling with tracking BBT. I’m trying to research between the Ava and the TempDrop. It seems like the Ava has more reviews out there, but I’m not sure which will be better for me yet. My husband and I plan to start TTC in June, so I’m really hoping to have a better grasp on what my body is actually doing by then. I have read TCOYF, but I have a lot of health issues that make tracking extra complicated. I do the best I can with FAM with what I have to work with.

May I ask if you still use this & if you still like it? I am considering purchasing a wearable but am having a hard time choosing the most accurate/reliable one as there aren’t many long term use reviews. Thank you!!! 😊💜

I’ve been wanting to make a follow up video, but haven’t yet. I used the tempdrop for about 9 months successfully before becoming pregnant (on purpose), and now I no longer wear it. I will say I think it’s the best product out there if you’re serious about natural birth control methods! For me personally, I won’t be able to have any more children after this pregnancy, because I need to have surgery, so for that reason I will probably sell my tempdrop in the near future. I hope this helps with your decision!

Thank you for sharing this video! Now that 2 years have passed, would you still recommend the Temp Drop as an alternative to birth control? We recently had a baby and would like to use the Temp Drop as a birth control method until we’re ready to conceive again.

Yaron Berliner Keren it syncs to the Tempdrop app, but then I manually enter the temps into a charting app called Kindara :)

The Kindara app is not. There is another app called ovuview that is supposed to sync automatically from the tempdrop app over to the ovuview app. I personally have never used it though :)

I might have missed it but how are you able to retrieve the temps? Do you use their app and it appears there automatically once synced via bluetooth?

Evita D yes the app retrieves your data through Bluetooth, and your temp will appear in the app. It’s meant to be synced everyday, but the tempdrop can hold up to 24 hours of data.
