It was actually possible even with the first rearrangement, if the would push the middle piece of the left row down to touch the coin beneath it it would leave some space for the middle coin of the middle row to move slightly left, this way the coin that was holding the 10th coin outside the square would be pushed backwards therefore leaving space for the 10th coin to fit. Its the same solution if you look carefully
