Unlike most tennis conditioning coach that are not open minded nor expressing there knowledge. You are an awesome coach that give out good information to the tennis world. Plus I find your content very interesting and resourceful. Keep up the good work. :)

Thank you for your commendation Erwin. After the cool down you want to engage in static stretches for the lower and upper body to avoid muscle soreness the next day. We don't have a video with a routine yet but you can check out some of the static stretches we provide on our channel here.

Nice video!! Thank you very much for making this unique and extraordinary video, I appreciate your time and dedication. I will start to warm up this way the next time I have a hitting session. I really liked it and hopefully I will keep following your channel with this awesome information. After you finish to cool down, which kind of stretches are the best in order to avoid any pain the next day or an injury?, this is just one question I had after seeing the video.

Thank you for sharing your expert knowledge and experience with the world. I'm assuming that recreational club players like myself can benefit from these exercises.

very comprehensive, but I would prefer more core activation, especially in terms of hip/core rotation. Besides the twisting lunge there was really nothing specific. Do you recommend Russian twists with the resistance band? Thank you
@TennisConditioningTV9 жыл бұрын
+brian lederman The warm up routine aims at activating all the major muscle groups. If you want more core action then take a look at our Core Training Workout For Beginners kzbin.info/www/bejne/oZfbqI16p5mSnpo or for more resistance training exercises take a look at 7 Key Resistance Band Training Exercises kzbin.info/www/bejne/ZniclHlppr99b6c happy training!

Do you have the name of the elastic band for me to purchase - which you used for the excellent rotator cuff circuit, which I now know to include before hitting balls and following the dynamic warm up routine

+James Foulk take a look at www.tennis-conditioning.com/2015/02/7-key-resistance-band-training-exercises/ where we introduce a whole range of resistance bands etc.
