Teriyaki Chicken Fried Rice / Easy & Quick Recipe

Hello! Here is a easy and tasty teriyaki chicken fried rice. The teriyaki sauce does not contain any wine or alcohol. Its 100% HALAL ! =) perfect food for ifatri because its quick and easy!
Written recipe:
For the sauce you need : 3/4 cup LOW SODIUM soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon water
Mix everything in a bowl & set aside
2 boneless chicken breast diced
1 cup of mixed frozen veggies. You can use any kind of veggies you like.
1 cup of broccoli florets
3 cups of cooked white rice ( leftover rice works the best!)

I had to change a few things up. I had to used canned mixed vegetables and didn't have brocolli and it was still good so I know it would be good if I would have had the right ingredients.

I only have regular soy sauce. :( Is low-sodium soy sauce absolutely necessary? Or is there another way to do it with regular soy sauce?

Hey regular soy sauce will work but instead of adding 3/4 cup add 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons regular soy sauce! If you add 3/4 cup of regular soy sauce this dish will get too salty. Taste test once cooked & if you think you need to add more soy sauce then add 1 tablespoon at a time directly to the dish. Hope this helps
