When does the Expo Mall opening? It has had several delays.

Yes it has. They were waiting for the correct time to launch. That time has arrived. Construction is near complete and it will be opening soon. Of course handover will be 2029. Until then, there will already be much development complete.

They haven’t, but with the current situation, I reckon either this year end or next year beginning.

@ It’s important that it opens soon as there needs to be a mall for the folks moving in by Q1 2026. Communication needs to get better.

Of course. Look, these developers have been making lifestyle communities for decades. They understand perhaps even more than us, what pillars they need to make that lifestyle possible. Not to mention, they have been very successful. They are always 10 steps ahead in design and development.
