How did you make the hinge?? It looks like you used just a layer of silicone?? Wouldn't that eventually come loose?

I have a question. Whenever I try to press down the moss to my substrate the whole patch disintegrates or breaks apart. How can I avoid this?

First, be sure it’s moist. Take a hunk of moss no bigger than your hand and put it green side down in your hand. As you cup it, gently add substrate to the moss, pushing it in to any hollow areas. Water again and then carefully put it in place, so that the entire bottom makes contact with enclosure substrate. This is how I’ve done it- 😊
