Amazing. A file clerk had more common sense than hundreds of FBi and law enforcement assigned to the case. They would still be making speeches without a clue if not for the file clerk. How many times did the Chief say when they come to a dead end, they started over from the beginning. They were just gulping down as much overtime as they could get.

The trial of Richard Allen, the suspect in the Delphi murders, has sparked significant public debate, with concerns about his treatment and the strength of the evidence against him. My points reflect frustrations from those who believe that Allen is being unjustly accused and that the case is being mishandled, particularly in regard to the legal processes, evidence preservation, and his treatment while incarcerated. Several key issues raised include: Lack of Direct Evidence: According to Allen's defense and public commentary, there is no DNA, fingerprint, or other forensic evidence directly linking him to the murders of Abby and Libby, despite years of investigation and the collection of significant physical evidence from the crime scene. Flaws in the Investigation: The claim that vital interview recordings were "accidentally deleted" in the early days of the investigation raises serious concerns about how the investigation was handled. The absence of clear records of witness statements, combined with deleted interviews and missing reports, is troubling. Exculpatory Evidence and Alternative Suspects: Allen's defenders argue that much of the evidence uncovered during the investigation points to alternate suspects. Yet, these leads appear to have been overlooked or not properly investigated, according to defense filings. Confessions and Mental State: Allen’s reported confessions, allegedly made under the influence of drugs while in a state of psychosis, add another layer of complexity. Such confessions are generally regarded with suspicion in legal proceedings due to questions about their reliability, particularly when the confessions do not contain verifiable details of the crime. Psychological and Physical Conditions: The conditions of Allen’s imprisonment-particularly solitary confinement for 23 hours a day and being involuntarily medicated-raise ethical and human rights concerns. The prolonged stress, alongside withdrawal from long-term medication, has seemingly contributed to his deteriorating mental health. Precedent and Constitutional Concerns: Many supporters of Allen emphasize the broader implications of his case, particularly with regard to constitutional rights. They believe that the prosecution's handling of the case could set a dangerous precedent where individuals could face severe punishment or imprisonment with insufficient evidence. Justice for the Victims: While it’s clear that the community deeply mourns Abby and Libby, there’s a growing sentiment that true justice means identifying and convicting the right person, rather than rushing to prosecute someone who may not be involved. In high-profile cases like this, public opinion can become polarized, but it’s crucial that the judicial process follows due process to ensure that justice is served both for the victims and the accused. The defense's efforts to raise questions about the investigation, as well as calls for transparency in handling evidence and alternative suspects, highlight the complexity of the case. Ultimately, the court proceedings will have to address these concerns to ensure that justice is achieved in a fair and thorough manner.

This is precisely why we have a justice system and rights to attorneys. His defense team will have to do one heck of a job chipping away at the prosecution. This is a tiny jurisdiction and I knew there would be massive failures. However I think it has gone for the defense so far. The prosecution has done terribly at addressing the inconsistency of their witnesses. But, saying “it’s over” does note bode well for Allen.

People that were at the trial and saw the whole vid, said BG might not even be involved. He was nearly on other side of bridge and when the words down the hill came out, it wad likely someone close to the girls. RA is innocent. He will either be found not guilty, or have a hung jury. No way he gets convicted.

@@DonFonzarelli-uq9yxif that’s the case, then why hasn’t the “bridge guy” who might not be involved, came forward and simple said “thats me”. He surely would’ve seen the girls and anyone ELSE right?
@DonFonzarelli-uq9yx2 сағат бұрын
@beentheredonethat8686 If you paid any attrntion to the actual trial, and people sleeping on the courthouse steps to make it in, because only 24 of public are allowed in, you would understand what i mean that bridge guy might not be involved. I will summarize, BG shows up in like 2 frames of the vid. The actual vid, not the one that has been edited by law enforcement. The actual vid is played in court, and BG is waaaaaay farther away than the vid we have all seen over and over. Abby says something like, but there is no trail here, as whoever said down the hill, with BG way on down the bridge, not close at all. So Bridge Guy, was not, most likely who told them to go down the hill. It was someone up close, and not really audible. As far as why the real BG had not come forward, maybe he doesnt even know people are looking for him. Every juror had to have no knowledge of the case, so there are people out there that just dont follow the news. But no matter. RA does NOT fit description of any of the states witnesses who saw bridge guy. They have all testified at his trial.

To be honest, I don't think they have enough evidene to prove Allen murdered the girls. It is very likely he DID but just because an unspent bullet was found there does not prove he killed them. Secondly, conflicting eye witness accounts about seeing "a young man in his 20s" does not help. Bridge guy looks like Allen to me but just thinking that is not enough to put him in prison. I hope the jury gets it right and justice is done for Abby and Libby.

I am sorry I agree and disagree. I knew at first he was the wrong guy. There was no any circumstantial evidence against him that shows Allen doing any vile things online or in person to any women.
