I was working in the Public sector and was sent on a consultancy course that was inflicted on the office. One of the exercises was to construct a kite structure with paper and sticks and instructions. I was questioned as to how I constructed it, apparently I was supposed to fail as the instructions were wrong. " I realised the instructions were wrong and I ignored them" I replied... They also advised us to buy all as many labour saving devices, yea on my wages. My experience of management consultancy.

Proximity sensors? OMFG! Can't they see someone 2 meters away FFS? They need a sensor to tell them they're too close? Maybe they should have them recalibrated so the sensor screams loudly if it gets within 10m of a minor, that would be an expense that would pay for itself almost immediately in lawsuit avoidance.

@Michael-u3j4gАй бұрын
When you requested information that was turned down for a not legal reason, you should of tried putting them under court rules by sending them a letter of intended legal action, explaining why their reason for refusing is not legal, and asking for the information again within the time frame you give (1 week is reasonable), then wait and see if they give you the info you requested. Yes technically if they refuse again and you then don't take legal action, they could then try taking legal action on you, but the letter isn't a letter of legal action, it's a letter of intended legal action, so even if you actually didn't intend to take legal action, they can't prove that if you did some searches about taking them to court before sending them the letter. Your search history would be enough proof that you intended on taking legal action but then changed your mind some time after sending the letter
