Nichol that a nice one my dear. I am an African Lady too from Western Africa. These men this days they always find fault from women. They will never trust no woman especially they got a lot of lie information about a woman. They will always believe it. Some men don't want women who believe on their self. Wow this is great my dear I always say I love my self everyday. Everything comes first in my life some men don't like it but this great teaching of Nichol has modified my mentality. Her explanation has given me confident now

Dear Helena and dear Nicole, I want to thank you so much. This has been a truely amazing day. I had heared about tapping, but never known what it is about. The reprogramming has started, it feels like rewriting myself. The experience has been twofold. I had started taking off the energy of persons who are not present before, but I had not been sure if it was the right course and felt guilty about it. Your reminder, dear Helena, had clarified the issue for me and it comes as a great liberation. So and now the tapping. This is really high speed. I am seeing a different person in the mirror. Its wild and beautiful. And dear Nicole, thank you also for clarifying that the nastyness is misguided thirst for love, and especially for the comment that the same is true for children. Thank you for your answer. So I want to share two very powerful reprogammingphrases I have used, I am right-handed, and follow the instructions Nicole gave: I find myself stressing up, left side: I refuse answering to stress with tension, right side: I respond to stress with deep relaxation. I find myself in pain, left side: I refuse answering to pain with stress or anger, right side: I respond to pain with deep relaxation. I find myself angry: I refuse acting out my anger, right side: I respond to anger with thought. And if I am unwell of any sort: left side: I refuse feeling unwell, right side: I feel beautiful and relaxed. :) Lots of love

I was molested as a child and suffered with poor self image. The molestation was by a neighbor, by my father and by my father’s friend.... I have had a hard time trusting men.. won’t even smile or make eye contact in passing them in the street... the men that I attract are all about sex or they’re men that I don’t love but sleep with for whatever they could offer me.

I’m actually going through a lot I really love him he’s so mean to me talks to me crazy it not at all my dad died when I was 12 and my mother is a nasty individual I been through so much I have no one no Pets or kids he seems to hate me only does me for five minutes I’m clean and stay shaved always smelling good looking good smart sweet and caring and I just feel dumb alone stupid and ugly
