I just want to jump on here and remind everyone that these glandulars are very powerful. Some people may experience detox symptoms in the first week or so as your body adjusts to all these nutrients flooding your system. Personally, I recommend starting slow with 1-2 capsules instead of the full dose. Many times when you're toxic, certain detox pathways can become congested and these nutrients help to open up these detox pathways. Also, these glandulars are longterm supplements, meaning the results are cumulative and you'll continue to notice gradual changes over the first few months of taking them... although, some notice positive changes right away! Just wanted to give y'all a heads up so you'll know what to expect :)

Irons deficiency has so many more symptoms too. Ideal is to get your ferritin checked! Iron Deficiency and anemia are not the same, basic cbc won't tell you! Get ferritin checked and don't just listen to the "oh it's in range" because the range is ridiculous. Ideal is 75 to 150. But the range goes as low as 12 sometimes when ID is defined by ferritin less than 30! The symptoms can be debilitating especially once you've gone so long being low and not knowing. This was me. Aside from fatigue, strong weakness, short of breath, it also: affected my thyroid making me hypo, made my muscle ache and tight all the time, extreme depression, heart palpitations, insomnia where I felt like my body wouldn't stop rushing, constantly dizzy, overall feeling wrong, hair thinning for years, brittle nails, restless legs! And it goes on. Iron is so important and affects everything!
@gigafia53583 жыл бұрын
I am very sick with iron deficiency 4 years now , and the doctors i went to never did anything abouth it because i was in "range" i have ferritin of 40 but my hemoglobin is normal, what is this mean? and i have so many symptoms. Also my thyroid is struggling because of this problems
@mercedespickard4762 Жыл бұрын
I second this! My ferritin was at a 4 and I had already typed up my will…. It was THAT bad! I was sure my time had come. I’m at a 12 now just with lifestyle changes and get my beef liver supplements soon so I’m hoping it’ll boost quicker. Low iron and anemia are spooky.
@AngelaJones2433 Жыл бұрын
I seriously thought I was reading something I had typed myself!! I’ve been struggling with the same thing and have taken iron and it won’t absorb. So my practitioner started me on organ meat supplements 🤢 I don’t smell the bottle when I open I just throw them back and swallow!! I’m so ready to feel normal again if I even know what that is like!!! How did you turn out?
@alisue4426 Жыл бұрын
@AngelaJones2433 I been taking liquid iron, nova ferrum, for 2 years now. I take it an hour before lunch with 1000mg of vitamin c everyday sometimes twice a day. It kept my ferritin levels up since my iron infusions that I had in 2020. I'm just now losing steam because I didn't stay consistent supplementing last winter snd was sick a lot and periods are heavy. I'm struggling again now but I know with time I can rebound if I stay consistent. I've raised my levels with novaferrum alone. It's a struggle. Symptoms creep back in fast when it drops in any way. My body wants to revert. I went too long being low without knowing. It'd horrible. But we just have to keep working at it. Novaferrum is wonderful though. No awful side effects for me.

Kayla, I've been growing gray hair since last September at a fast pace. I know that the deficiency of copper causes this phenomenon. What do you recommend?
@benjaminjo Жыл бұрын
As some one who's had grey hairs since early 20's, liver (and oysters) is the solution - BY FAR! The key is to consume them daily, especially liver, for at least a few months, and what you'll find is, the grey hair falls out and natural color hair replaces it. Copper from liver is in abundance. Supplements are..."fine"...I did liver pills for a while, but eating the food in it's raw form speeds up the process, and your body will take to it easier than supplements alone. Most people REFUSE to eat raw liver, which is a shame, because it's God's gift to mankind. The next best thing is slightly seared liver. And the very last solution is beef liver pills if you absolutely don't want to eat liver itself, but in doing so you're getting inferior results.

Toenails getting darker an knees are bothering me.. while at Gym..or exercising.. will beef live cure everything especially joints an dark toenail
@KaylaJChandler4 жыл бұрын
For the joints, I would try the bone marrow. The dark toenails can be linked to several things, including fungal infections, kidney disease, diabetes, and/or low iron. Adding the beef liver as a weekly multi-vitamin wouldn't hurt just to ensure you're getting in those extra nutrients. But, nothing will cure your dark toenails until you find the underlying cause.

This is a very good point and one of the main reasons I switched over to using the Ancestral Supplement line. Their glandulars are freeze-dried, which preserves the heat sensitive vitamins, minerals, and co-factors. Prior to using this line, I used another popular beef liver supplement before that was slightly heated. Although I still saw positive health changes with that supplement, I can tell the Ancestral supplements are much more potent because I don't have to take the full dose to see the same results.

@KaylaJChandler5 жыл бұрын
I would definitely go with the Beef Organs because it contains both the liver, pancreas, etc. The pancreas is great for diabetics and overall digestion, which should be beneficial for both of you. Start with the Beef Organs for both of you. Start slowly with 1 supplement per day for the first week and work up to 4-6 per day (the full dosage). Keep in mind that all the nutrients in these glandulars can help to open up detox pathways, so you may experience some detox symptoms in the first week or so, which is why I say to start slowly with 1 capsule to allow your body to adjust.

Will Beef pancreas help with constipation

Ox bile, magnesium, high dose of vitamin C will. Don't have to take all of them but probably won't hurt.

I've heard that beef liver can clog liver??I'm going to start ancestral supplements. Please pray for me as I have PCOS....🙏
@avalondeluxe4 жыл бұрын
It cannot clog the liver, the livers job is to excrete harmful toxins. You're good! :) Also read the reviews on Amazon, theyre truly amazing :)

Hi Kayla...new sub... I read that eating too much beer liver could be toxic. They say no more than 3 ounces a week. What do you say? Would it be a good idea to eat say..25/30 grams a day for regular supply?
@KaylaJChandler4 жыл бұрын
Welcome! One serving (6 capsules) of the ancestral supplements beef liver is equivalent to 1 oz of beef liver so I wouldn't exceed that per day. Most experts suggest no more than 6-8 oz of beef liver per week which would equate to taking 6 capsules per day 6-7 days per week. Hope this helps!

Great informative video - great!!! Funny but just TODAY I found this on Amazon abs was thinking about trying one of them / by the same company! Tonight I got home and just watching various KZbin’s (not related) and your bud piped up 😮 amazing. I have taken many vitamins over the years, trying stuff - mostly because I don’t take care of myself and have any healthy diet going on - just Business work and and stress :( Anyways, The symptoms you describe early in the vid are All me. I shall be trying this beef liver supplement. Thank you and God bless! 🙏❤️🙏
