Looking for a bodyweight routine this summer (gonna hit squats and lacking biceps once a week with weights). This inspired my push routine pretty much. Gonna do something like - 1. Ring dips, 2. HSPU, 3. Decline push ups, 4. Diamond push ups, 5. Push ups. These are gonna be my main push focus. Can't wait to switch things up from my current routine.
