My sun mars Venus Juno in his 12th my Saturn Jupiter Pluto and fortune in his 7th 😮… he text me everyday sometimes 2xs a day… it’s deep… your so right about the texting, he very sensitive to what I say I try to do a break up with months ago because he was leaving me on read … I said I won’t bother you no more he literally cuss me out and told me to get TF on then made a post on FB about it, we not together just friends/ situations ship, it so delightfully and delusional at the same time it’s very hard to describe because he’s living rent free in my head, then he says… I want you to be in love with me

I’m sure you’re living rent free in his head too 😆 BUT I do hope things work out for you and become healthy. If not maybe you’ll find the strength to let go. Sometimes with 12th house synastry it’s only when you’re gone they appreciate you. Whilst when you’re there you may feel invisible.

I had moon in 12th house synastry [ my moon their 12th] their sun was also in that house, i wounder how that affected the synastry?

It all hinges on their level of awareness of their subconscious state and the astrological sign and aspects affecting their natal sun. Personally, I find having the moon in another person's 12th house preferable to having someone's sun. While I can envision that you may have brought warmth and admiration, the outcome can vary based on the individual involved.
