Arguably the best push up video I have ever seen , I'm a strength and fitness coach (self proclaimed) and have been away from the workout work for 3 months due to a shoulder injury (dislocation) and on top of that lost a massive amount of muscle and mass , I was a solid 154 pounder now I'm down to 145. I just had my abs and a few viens left , I then remembered when I first started working out I did push ups and I started adding other exercises after , I did it once again about a week ago and man I'm starting to feel alive again and with these types of variations I can speed up my recovery. Thnks for the video man you just earned a subscriber.

Although it's difficult it would be nice if you group these 25 exercises in 3 categories: beginner, intermediate and advanced. Just throwing them randomly causes confusion and for some naive (to be polite) people serious injuries. Anyway, great job, man!

Never understood the whole injuries thing. Maybe doing behind the shoulder exercises cause a strain but injuries? Like spraining your ankle?
@Vesperon3 жыл бұрын
@@jonathandiosa5739 Injuries, yeah, a strain is an injury to a muscle or tendon. And a sprain, like a sprained ankle, is an injury to a ligament. These can often be the result of overuse, like trying a few of these pushup variations when you don't do pushups that often.

Carlos González Barco body builders usually don't use their own weight to train. Makes lifting up weights easier for them but something as simple as a handstand will be a little harder. Maybe they will be able to do a normal diamond and clap pushup since those are the easiest but that's it, don't see them doing handstand pushup or any others.
