Good fats are all around good for you, but what if you have no gallbladder? Fats do affect you! Also some can’t eat #5, salads, sauerkraut, broccoli etc, which I try, but I have mild case of IBS. I try eating a healthy diet but too much fiber at age 75 isn’t the best either.

Rob I'd look into sealing your gut. Aloe would help with sealing the gut. Do you take a bile salt for no gallbladder??

Wait, hold up---At the beginning you indicated that coffee can make anxiety and depression worse, then at minute 7:15 you indicated that it was the best antioxidant to help with anxiety and depression. Please clarify. Thanks for all you do!!

I have a weird, undiagnosed eye problem, that may or may not be linked to stress/anxiety. Sometimes, like once a week or so, only at work, my eyes are drawn towards light and light sources, like shiny things. Makes it hard to focus on what I need to focus on, and sometimes makes it difficult to group my thoughts together. I wear blue blocker glasses and a cap--to minimize florescent lighting, seems to keep it from happening as much. It will reset when I sleep. I've just started the 21 day challenge for the first time. Do you think it's possible that life style changes, especially diet changes, can help or make this issue go away completely? I also have a permanent form of hives--think I may be able to get rid of the drug I take for that with diet changes? Now, I'm assuming that the big mental health issues--bipolar specifically for me--are a different thing all together, right?

I don't take any drugs I got anxiety some other way and I don't know how I wound up with it and I get panic attacks so you tell me when someone don't take any drugs for that how do they have that what is missing
