I am so very sorry to hear that! Do you have friends and/or relatives you can invite in on a regular basis? I have physical health problems that have made going into some public places less advisable. To offset the fact that I cannot be as social as previously, I started 2 groups that I host in my home. I first started a Lunch Club. We get together the same weekday and time every 5 weeks. I ask no one to host a luncheon. So, no one needs to worry about cleaning house or preparing food. No one has to bring anything. No one has to help in the kitchen or with clean up. Those are the rules. I enjoy planning the meals, doing the work and seeing their enjoyment. They love it!! If someone is especially constrained budget wise, the internet is a great source for tasty but economical meals. I started a 2nd group, a Work Group, that meets every week at my home. We make things for charities. Thus far we have predominantly made jewelry and owl decor pillows. But, we intend to do something different soon. We started with 2 charities and have expanded to 8!! The charities now know we will provide more if it is a help to them. They have asked for more. Apparently the customers like our "merchandise". I also meet with yet a different set of friends on Zoom for Book Group. Zoom is also great for just a get together to catch up and stay connected. It does not have to cost. With a free account, you can get 40 minutes free of charge! I don't know if any of this helps you. I hope so. Staying social and connected in many cases helps slow down mental decline. My best wishes!

I have never worn makeup because I have always been an athlete which doesn't go with make up too well. My regime has always been moisturizer, blush and mascara. However, since I have been watching your tutorials, and the fact that I will be 77 in one month; I've been more interested in stepping up my game. I just got done with eyelid surgery. OMG what a difference. Not only do I look nicer and awake, but more importantly; I can see. Anyway, I now am trying different products. What fun. Like you I usually don't get the right thing on the first try. Actually, I have bought 7 lipsticks trying to find the right color. Today I hit the jackpot! One part about aging that I have found is that our color palette changes. And then, of course there are the bags under the eyes. Unfortunately, that is one part of aging that is inevitable. Thank you, gravity. Luckily, we are in an age where the skin care products are so effective that it is easier to conceal. There is one thing none of us can come close to replicating is your incredible hair. You are a stunner, but your hair is the icing on the cake. A thankful fan, Bonnie

I too am a senior on a very limited budget so I'm really Only able to purchase these types of products. Some of the best lipsticks I've found for me are Wet & Wild of all things. (A very cheap drugstore brand.) One of the only beauty products I've bought which I felt lived up to the hype? The name brand actual "Beauty Blender" makeup sponge! What a HUGE difference! That product really IS worth the $20 price tag for a makeup sponge. It has a unique texture which none of the others has.. So if you like to apply your foundation with a sponge then I do recommend springing for the Name Brand beauty blender sponge. But as often as possible I try to find a "dupe" or a cheaper quaisi alternatve.

Nikol I agree about putting eyeshadow on before foundation. Your final look was gorgeous. I must say I loved your hair at the end. It was sexy,va va boom and elegant. I wish my hair could look like that, I'm losing my hair because of Lupus and it's really depressing. it wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't right on top and in the front. Thank you for such honest reviews.

Nikol, I enjoy watching your videos from mature clients. All of the make up is so pretty and finished looking! Thanks! The pigmentation began years ago and is an accumulation. It just decides to show itself when we are working on other issues at this time in our lives! Lol! I am an Esthetics educator9 for 34 years) and I have thought many times that I would like to help you with your skin, and I am right there with you ,Sister, I fight it everyday! Mature clients are my favorite too! Thank you again!

I’m commenting a third time and have to.. love Chanel mascara, nothing like that one either. Hearing you talk about you skin, you’re also a very gorgeous women, absolutely stunning. I’m 37 just found your channel and am enjoying watching you although you are targeting more mature skin applications .. but these days how makeup have taken a more cream texture, and with everyone really taking more care of their skin and using oils before makeup application, all these products really go well on all ages and skin tones.

Hint for small writing on products..... Iphone.... if you triple click the button on top right your phone opens an adjustable magnifier on the screen. Use it all the time in the store when I don't have on my glasses. love your videos... tried the mask for lips, love it....

I just turned 76 and, like your mom, I was starting to look real “beige” (washed out). I’m a widow, living alone, so no need for make-up but I was just going to run out for a couple last minute gifts. But I thought..maybe a little lipstick….oh now I need eyebrows (stencil)… then my eyes needed mascara to balance out my face. Then I needed a little cream blush…well one thing led to another ….you get the picture? I swear when I do that I get compliments from strangers out of the blue. I watch your tutorials and I was having trouble with under-eye coverage but your instruction to let it “set” worked. Btw I don’t think “stranger compliments” are anything but my confidence bringing in positive energy. I see women my daughters age that seem to have “given up”. 2” grey roots (commit to one of the other), old sweatshirt, crummy tennis shoes and, of course no make-up and obvious chin hair😱Cmon ladies, look a little closer in the mirror. There’s still beauty in there. Thanks Nikol

I probably have 10 different concealers in my m/u drawer. I’m not happy with any of them! This Wet & Wild concealer sounds perfect. Thanks Nikol! You’re a doll!

Oh! And the hair is absolutely stunning!! I love it! I cannot believe how fabulous the hair looks by using that one clip! I mean, I am sure you take awesome care of it, but the colour! The cut! The style!! Loving it!!!

The makeup looks nice on you. I watched an interesting video by an older woman who shows to put lighter concealer from the corner of the nose to the outer corner of the eye and blend well. It gives an allusion of a face lift with the upward sweep of slightly lighter color.

Looking gorgeous Nikol! Love your hair today and that lipstick colour! Although I tan nicely without having an overly olive complexion for a Greek myself, I am at high risk for skin cancer so never sit in the sun if I can help it. I so hated always being the one without a tan but what a joy now at 58 that my skin looks so good compared to others of a similar age!

One thing I've learned from years doing makeup n using beauty products is that not every single cheap or affordable product is a waste of money... that's a misconception. I've used n tried a lot of affordable "cheap" cosmetic, beauty products that have turned out to be a wonder of a product for your skin or any skin. Just make sure you try it first n make sure you read the ingredients on the product. It's the same with expensive products, not every expensive product out there is good n they're really a waste of money! 💯🙏

Thanks to being 50 (almost 51), and massive weight loss, the eye bags that run in my family are very visible now. I haven't found a concealer that works yet. I'm totally gonna try this one! It looks amazing and the coverage is unbelievable! Thank you for this! I love that you do your face after your eyes. I have been doing the same thing since I was a teenager. I've never understood why people do the whole face first. It makes no sense!

Looking absolutely stunning - love the easy makeup look tutorial and your gorgeous hair. If I'm not mistaken there isn't another setting spray on the market with an SPF. Sounds like a dream come true. Still hoping us ladies in Europe will be able to purchase your amazing products in the future. Thanx Nikol

I am so glad I found your channel. You are simply stunning. Love your hair too! I have never been the type to wear makeup and I just turned 50. However now I have Melasma so I was looking to start using makeup. I also have olive skin. I just love how natural your makeup looks. I live in the south too. I will be using your video to teach me how to use makeup to try to get the same effect. Thanks again.
