1. Catch your negative thoughts and flip them into positive ones. 2. Stop Procrastinating - fear of failure, fear of rejection. Procrastinating is a failure to try. 3. Learn to love yourself with confidence. The most important option is your own. 3 ways to love yourself: - talk to yourself with kindness. Criticism withers your self esteem, praise builds it up. - treat your body well. Eat, drink and sleep well. - How do you let others treat you. 4. Fortune favors the brave. learn to be brave, go outside your comfort zone. 5. Disciple in your routine. 6. Do not take no for an answer. No does not mean no never, it means no not yet, so bounce back. No is a delay not a denial.

So glad I found your channel over 5 years ago. Turned from victim to victorious by your one statement “I am enough”. I’ve also begun saying Thank you instead of Sorry. Now just building on these will continue to make me stronger and better. Hugs to you!

We must learn to DIM the mind and brighten our hearts. Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is 10x more powerful than Intellectual Intelligence (IQ). What if we lived in a world were the ‘Smartest’ people in the world were actually the dumbest. We’ve been taught to use our brains more than our hearts and we wonder why there's suffering in the world. This world is reversed. Do the opposite of what ‘they’ tell you to do. The heart is the first organ to grow in the body. Follow your heart and use your intellect as a co-pilot to assist the heart. ~Much Love from a Law of Attraction KZbinr💜
@obscurum62 жыл бұрын
@Gavin Speaks Actually you're wrong, the nervous system and the brain cells are the first part of body to develop. Ergo the brain is the first to exist in the body before the heart. Explain how you calculate the 10x BS? 🙄😆😆😆😆😆😆😆 Also, you are stating a false dichotomy as IQ and EQ are not in competition. 🙄 People can be highly intelligent AND emotionally intelligent. And the Law of Attraction is just confirmation bias. The LOA is BS.

As many women, i have implanted in my mind, that if you are not young, pretty and perfect looking, i could never be choosen and loved. This idea seem to be so deep in me, that I would even think about a friend, well look at yourself first. Even though I know it's wrong and not true and it makes me feel bad...How do we get rid of this most stubborn brainwashings? Thank you for your amazing work and help, i love listening ur voice ❤

Dear Marisa , I've been following your vlogs for a really long time now ... How I wish I could have a face to face talk with you ... But that's not going to happen , because we live that far apart and most likely , I can't afford your consultation . I'm a lady , 59 years of age , divorced in 2009 , and I haven't seen or spoken to my son & daughter for just over 10 years now . I can't explain how that feels . It was a bad divorce , as I had to escape from home and spend nearly 2 years in a safe home . ( I was safe there , but it's living in a kind of subculture , with only women ) . It is my kid's choice not to have anymore contact . Their reason was that I exposed them for too long to a pretty bad / violent situation . They hold me responsible . Funny really , it was their father WHO caused it ! ??? Yet they seem to feel the need to protect him ??? I've been in therapy for quite some time now , but not getting anywhere fast really . I'm Australian ( Melbourne ) , but living as an X-pat in Holland , since 1992 . Thirty yrs this year . How I wish I could talk to you . It's not that I think you'd have a " quick fix " for me ... Meaning : " getting my kids back ... now 35 & 31 " ... but I'm sure you'd be able to give me the mental tools , to get on with the rest of my life without them . I really don't wish this situation on anyone ... but I know I'm not the only one regarding this issue . Perhaps you could do a vlog on this subject ? ( next best thing right ? ) Further more , you have a really pleasant voice ... and I'm sure you're very kind ... Above ALL : You seem really genuine ! Thanks for your time Marisa & much appreciated 🌷🌷🌷 ( hermaswart@gmail.com ) Love , Helen ⚘❤👋👋👋

Excellent! But how can I make my daughter want to make this change? Since she was a child she has suffered from trichotillomania and of course anxiety, however she was always the best student but from the age of 18 her behavior was rebellious and she always looked for very old men in her love relationships. Currently she has been living for 5 years with a man 34 years older than her (she is 29) but he does not treat her well, he is very inconsiderate and disrespectful to her. She was always slim and beautiful, but now she is abandoned, lazy with her studies, she weighs 200 pounds but thank Goodness a hard working. She is medicated with antidepresives and for anxiety ohh and she buys things compulsively...I would like her to get on your program but she says she doesn't need it… what can I do? I really need help.

Your daughter is an adult. Leave her alone. Focus on yourself. Your last sentence you said *you* needed help. That sounds true. Get the help you need. Take care of yourself. Your motherhood job is OVER. Focus & take care of YOU. now you have the time! Best wishes.
