+Animal that's not what he said.
@Mysticalearth18 жыл бұрын
+Animal you didn't say anything new there. Being as BB and PL are so different, the fact that he would look better than many bodybuilders is something to be noted don't you think?

Those deads are with a stiff bar. Even more beast!
@ReMarig00o8 жыл бұрын
+Prasoeur Sek I agree even though Im no where near Dan Green I can easily like somewhere between 25-50lbs more on a barbell with whip. Stiff bars are so much harder to get a good explosive lift of the ground.

+Animal You guys are my favorite youtube channel, I had got away from lifting heavy because of a few injuries, but I have got back to lifting heavy recently. I don't plan on veering off that path anymore. Thanks Animal for all the hard work you all put into producing these awesome motivational videos. Keep grinding and Lifting Heavy guys.

That's how you dumbbell row. Good stretch, pull up hard and get a contraction, but don't fuss or be overly critical about your back staying absolute stationary. You cannot row heavy ass weight without some movement of the torso.

This type of body is nearly ideal. Perhaps I would even go a tad lighter. Maybe some of the more muscular olympic wrestlers, olympic gymnasts, olympic weightlifters. Pro bodybuilders are ssimply carrying way too much muscle to look good or to actually be athletic. I think a some kind of weird hybrid of a gymnast and a weightlifter might be the ultimate "beast". Of course MMA dudes could beat him up with the skills they have, but very few people could match the physical performance. A top level gymnast is a sight to behold. Some calisthenics dudes have crazy (upper) bodies and can do crazy shit on the bar, like gymnasts. Some crossfit folks have great bodies. Igor Zaripow, Dmitry Klokov...

Can we get some sort of video on Dans warmups before this? Any foam rolling or stretching that he may use? Thankyou.
@Horus-Lupercal5 жыл бұрын
Most likely not, a lot of Powerlifters just do a lot more warm-up sets instead. Foam rolling isn't necessary, and chews into productive training time.

@NateSmith878 жыл бұрын
Nah, I'm good. If I ain't lifting with him, or spotting him, there ain't nothin for me to stare at. Walk in, do work and leave. The gym isn't a hang out spot for spectators. MrLenzi1 say whatever you want, but if you can't understand that, then you aren't even on the same page or wavelength mentally as me. Peace.
