Love how you warm things in your pockets, and why not? Reminded me of my earlier years in Neonatal/pediatric nursing before we had warmers for blood. We would put the blood 8n our pockets to warm for 10 minutes. Now we have warmers. Can’t wait to try these cookies, my husband has a box of Oreos I will take some and my grandkids will love them this weekend. Thanks

I made these twice in a row!! First time I used the white chips , I felt they were kind of over powering. So today I used the cookies n cream Hershey bar and OMG!!! they are soooo goood!!! Hahaha. They were good both days. But I felt the candy bar did more to the flavor 😋

I bought the pumpkin spice Oreos and used them instead. I added 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/2 tsp clove, 1/2 tsp allspice to the dry ingredients. Pumpkin spice cookies and cream cookies. They’re SO good. 🎃🍁

These look yummy! If you make them a day ahead and put them in the fridge overnight, do I need to allow the dough to come to room temp before rolling and baking?

Here’s an idea…scoop out your cookie dough right after making the dough. Put the dough balls in the refrigerator or even freeze them. Let them come to room temp the next day and bake! No rolling or shaping the next day. Hope this helps!
