Would love to hear what her other favorite foods are. My Great Grandmother and Grandmother always made the best foods. My faves were their fried potatoes and onions, butter beans with ham hocks, chicken and dumplings, and so many more. 😋 🥰

I love how once you buy a good Spanish paprika and the saffron, all the other ingredients are usually something that most of us already have in our kitchen. If not, it’s just a quick trip to the store. Since watching this channel I’ve started to keep a stockpile of canned beans in my pantry. Since I always have onions, carrots, celery, green peppers, and garlic on hand, I can prepare a delicious healthy meal in minutes. I’m so glad that I discovered this channel. Albert, thank you for all of your hard work, it is appreciated.

oh my … these are the most delicious potatoes ever! And with the left over juice I then added it to mushrooms and onion. Setting that dish aside and with juice still left in the pan, I soaked bread wraps in the pan. What a fantastic put together meal!

personally, I think I would strain that water and add back all the onions to the potatoes, and then add a little of the broth as a sauce. I can’t wait to try this!

The glorious potato. My all time favorite food, and onions and garlic which I eat one daily. If I could I'd eat a potato or two, maybe three lol, daily I would. I will definitely try this recipe next time I'm having potatoes which I limit to once or twice a week if I'm being generous. Thank you.

That dish would pair with about any roasted or braised meat I can think of. Or roasted eggplant, squash, cauliflower etc.
