Hello Ben, I have been binge watching your videos and they are so informative. Thank you. I do have a question about updating my privacy policy on Shopify because I have installed the Meta Pixel. What to add to my policy to cover that? My eyes are going cross-eyed trying to wade through all the information about that and how to do it. This may be a good idea for a video. Pretty please. 🙏

Hi Ben, great videos. Well I would like to share an issue I am facing. Currently running lead gen campaigns for corporate events and Bday parties. I am also running sales campaigns to sell coupons simultaneously. The target audience in both the campaigns is very similar. Do you think its clashing with each other ? Bcz its been 14 days that I am running this sales campaigns to sell coupons, very poor conversion figs. Also its not getting out of learning phase. There are 3 diff adsets in this sales campaign. One contains only the mobile nos of the previous customers, the second is the lookalike of the mobile nos. And third is interest based targeting which has around 50 interests, all relevant ones, I have been running lead gen since a month but now it says "learning limited". Let me know what you think.

Newbie mistake; I recently ran a campaign without setting a bid. The algorithm spent the daily budget so quickly with minimal results. If anything what I paid for a conversion (lead) was waaaay too high. Does having not set a bid imply that the algorithm had no restrictions and could see what does and doesn't work? Or was it just doing whatever with abandon? Am I misinterpreting how it works?

Shall I have one single ad set of mobile nos and its lookalike to have a larger audience inorder to exit the learning phase or have them in seperate ad sets ? Most of my ad sets in the campaigns have this warning of "learning limited"

Ben , great video as always. Can you do some tutorial for "Catalog Ad"? There aren't many videos about that on KZbin. :)

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with selecting a Call To Action Button? for some reason it seems to click, but never applies (stays on "No Button" even though I've clicked multiple types of CTA Buttons. They aren't greyed out at all.) Tried it on a few different browsers and computers and consistently getting the same error across multiple ad accounts. Really becoming a detrimental glitch causing me a lot of headache.

Hello Ben, what are we supposed to do if Meta says "Ad set may get zero leads" or "zero sales" etc ? Do we care? Do we change the strategy?
@hariselahi14175 ай бұрын
Don't care about it, it's not true, most of my campings say that but I do get results

For high ticket services ($85k+) is it better to use maximize number of conversion leads or maximum number of leads?
@BenHeath7 ай бұрын
That depends how you track your leads. If you can track conversion leads accurately then I'd go with that option.
@zeyadwahid99867 ай бұрын
@@BenHeath I’ve been using maximize number of leads and now I’m trying maximum number of conversion leads for the first time with a new client. CPL is much higher than usual about $110. When using maximize number of leads, clients complain about the bad ones because they waste a lot of time till speaking with a high quality lead

Hey Ben - is it worthwhile checking in on ads every day or so and turning off the bad performers when you have a conversion campaign with the pixel/conversions API turned on? I tend to wait 10 days before changing things as you recommend. Surely Meta's AI knows when to push/remove budget from the poor performers by this stage without us interfering??
@BenHeath7 ай бұрын
Yes Meta will do that for you but the reason I still turn off underperforming ads is because that gives space to test new ads, which may turn out to perform better than the current best performers.
@ohalpin7 ай бұрын
@@BenHeath OK, so you put additional ads into the ad sets or just so it frees up budget to be pushed towards underfunded ads?

Hi Ben, I have a dropshipping store and I've launched about 7 low-budget manual sales campaigns with interest targeting I'm gotten insanely high CPMs on all - what could be the reason(s) for this? Thanks

Small audience?
@nayanmanjunath24067 ай бұрын
@@swaggy745 maybe, but all my campaigns have 10 single interest adsets with vastly different audience sizes - ranging from 20 million upto even 800 million(I'm in India)

Have people seen those ad creative from other advertisers before? If so they won't engage and that'll shoot CPMs way up. That is a common issue with dropshippers using shared creative assets.
@nayanmanjunath24067 ай бұрын
@@BenHeath not really. I mean, I do source my media assets from Tiktok, but I heavily edit multiple videos and use my own AI voiceovers to make an entirely new creative

But, imagine you raise a lot your budget you’re going to be higher in the bidding compare to your competitors ? And risking to lose less money because you’ll spend less at the end of the day? No ?
@abdelkaderchelfi64977 ай бұрын
I think this is not a new option, I used it many months ago results were not that great.

Meta doesn't roll out new features to ad accounts at the same time. Some people had this a few months ago, for most it's new.
