Start with less mins and do more repetition gradually Inc time and always stretch after you finish workout it will reduce overall body pain

Knee pain is expected first time...but if you experienced back pain its because you did it without a good form...please be careful next time dear....you can see a physio therapist to see the extent of the back pain...then next time make sure you do it with a good form
