Today is my day one. It’s interesting how I can barely squat down halfway at 6 mins in but I was able to get down lower by 12 mins in. I’m excited to try this workout again! 🔥💪🏾

But that's how it is when it comes to the 1st time of exercising. It will come with time as you keep exercising. You just don't give up. Your whole body will get used to it and in a month you will no longer feel that pain. Try try try...

I saw about 33 sets of 22 squats. What makes this work is staying in the bottom stretched position and bouncing. The extended time under tension plus the bounce at the bottom causes a strong hypertrophy response.

@@Mammie45 He has been an inspiration. Because I have severe back and hip pain, I do a combination of leg lifts, donkey kicks, upper body, light weight lifting, walking and stretching of entire body. Squats are hard and I sometimes conveniently 'forget' to do them. But I can do 10 in a row. But when I see his vids, I remember purpose. Also, his program is intensive and my body broken down 🤣 so I am working on it all, including diet. It's slow, hard and effective. My butt is toning up! And many don't realize yr butt will sag as you age and lose its form. I ain't playing that (any further🤣). Get crackin and good luck!!!
