Ingredients and Measurements:
For the yeast mixture:
1 cup warm milk (you can also use water)
1 packet of yeast (2.5 tsp.)
1/4 cup sugar
For the bread:
4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup melted butter
yeast mixture (see above)
extra water or milk to make a soft dough
extra butter to brush on the top
