Can we have a whole series on beauty care. Proper way to exfoliate face and body. What are natural ways to take care of the exterior (face and body), sunscreens, oils, moisturizers etc….
@MamaKalash Жыл бұрын
For decades, I have exfoliated both my face and elbows with baking soda that's been sprinkled onto a hot warm wet washcloth...[after first softening the skin up with a warm wet washcloth]. Be careful and make sure the soda dissolves into the damp washcloth first, then gently exfoliate the face, you don't want to have an abraded appearance. Then you gently rinse it off with lukewarm or cool water. Then you can use a cold, wet washcloth, as a cool compress, if you want, after you're done, before applying moisturizer.

I just started using the riceberry face moisturizer by litttllextra, and I’m loving it! My skin is deeply hydrated and has a beautiful glow and feels non-greasy. The texture is super light and absorbs quickly, making it a must-have for everyday skincare. For best results, I recommend using it after cleansing, and spreading it on slightly damp skin, and pairing it with dot & key sunscreen during the day. Additionally, aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to allow your skin to repair.

Here is how to further extract the nutrients from the chia ,seaweed as well as almost any herbs. Grind up using a coffee grinder. Put the powder in a espresso machine with some water. The heat and pressure will extract a lot more nutrients and oils. Then slowly add the olive oil and use a immersion blender to emulsify the oil and water mixture. In the beauty community "slugging" is the rage. Put a thin layer of vaseline on top of your favourite moisturizer. It locks in the hydration. I tried it and im amazed by the results. To lessen the sticky feeling rub the vaseline really well between hands for it to become warm and better spreadable and then I press it onto my skin. Theres a lot of missconception about vaseline causing acne and other skin problems, but vaseline is non comedonegenic. There are lots of stories about people actually healing their acne. Because the vaseline also creates a protective barrier for the skin to heal. Anyway do your research its very fascinating and im so thrilled by my own results and try it out:)!

I’m not be able to get original virgin olive oil and seaweed , if I just soak chia seed over night in water and apply this water on my face , will it have any good effect on my skin ?
@experimenthealthyketo832 жыл бұрын
So interesting. I’m using plenty of cod liver oil in my salads or soft boiled eggs and sometimes with my cold meats. Almost never got a burn since using this data of yours 5 years ago! Used to burn within 30 minutes of sun exposure…So thank you so much for your videos hard work!!

Interesting. I have hyperpigmentation which gets worse in the sun & for most of my life, I didn't consume a lot of Omega 3. This could be the reason.

I put some half DMSO + water on my skin as moisturizer. For the face it may take some getting used to. I think it works a bit rejuvenating wise

Dr. Berg, how often can we do this?
@Drberg4 ай бұрын
There is no actual limitation on this. This mask is just a quick fix. It’s crucial that you clean up your diet and include more omega-3 fatty acids in your diet to help correct your dry skin.

really grateful for this, just mixed it up and put it on my hands which have been so very dry and hurting,... It feels really good and soothing and nourishing, the opposite of a cream that stings. Thank you!!!!!

Hi Dr. Berg could you please recommend which iron supplement is right for a pregnant woman who is anemic. Thank you!
@experimenthealthyketo832 жыл бұрын
None! He explains in a few videos the danger of iron supplements. And to get it from liver, beef, quails meat, ect. Oysters are some of the best sources. You may want to experiment with chlorella too.

I suppose it would help, but he made other videos on dry scalp that could help too. Omega 3 is a basic though.

Also a simple one: a little vitamin C and one clove... Grind and put in water. Spray on your face and let dry without wiping.🎉🎉🎉.
