I love how your videos focus on building strength and health. It’s refreshing to see when so many influencers boast titles like “ABS IN 14 DAYS” or “BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT WORKOUT 🍑”. It’s unrealistic and can be disappointing when you don’t see the promised results. You remind me that I don’t NEED to have a big bum or a small waist to be strong and beautiful. Keep up the great work!!

Love these short no BS shorts!! 1. Reverse Crunch 2. Plank toe tap 3. Y-drops 4. Crunch leg drops 5. High plank knees. 60 sec/set- 2 sets with a minute or two to cooldown. Pacing myself for more.

What I did for a quick like 10-minute workout is 45 seconds for each exercise, 2 sets/rounds. I think it was around 10 minutes, but it was a killer let me tell you that! Excellent for my abs! Thank you :)

Damn she's so strong, when I do reverse crunch I look like a upside down hanging chicken and it's also hard to do for me, but she did it effortlessly, no wonder she has a lot of muscles, she's strong, I hope I can be strong one day too.

Just a suggestion but your shorts sometimes get in the way of the actual videos so maybe you could create a separate account or something like that for it! Just a suggestion though, please keep doing what you are doing!!!!!♥️

It is because you using your neck to get up, try focusing on lifting your abdomen while getting up..it will be much harder but doesn't hurt your neck😉

Reverse crunches can be really damaging for the spine, the others exercise are great!

You don't have to lift the entire lower body like in the video. As you said, It definitely puts unnecessary pressure on the lower part of spine. Just bend your legs and crunch them. That will do.

Will have to try these. 😊 Also, I think it'd be cool if you put shorts on a different channel. Because every time I go through to look for different workouts to do, the shorts just get in the way. Just a suggestion! 🙃

My lower abs have more definition, but I can’t tell if my abs sit lower if if my upper abs are underdeveloped.

I hate crunches and sit ups. I honestly hate doing any workouts that require me to be on my back. Planks are cool so I will do that but i don't care to have a super cut mid section. Just functional and strong.

@@christelle_3468I literally changed to pilates I searched so much how to burn the fat in ur stomach so instead of this I did pilates and Pilates really helped me but if u wanna start Pilates too u need to know that u need to eat healthier food and if u want to see more results u can add cardio if u want to. trust me I’m talking from experience It would be hard but it’s really worth it. Btw no cheat meals.
