Hi Sweetie I'm definitely going to make this for Thanksgiving. And I'm never here to out do you I just wanted to say that i love all your dishes and desserts. I'm going to smoke my bird,but not all the way just to give it flavor.then I'm gonna marinate it with injections of apple cider,and yes you guessed it your awesome glaze and Canadian maple syrup. Then put it in the oven ,hmmmm....I'll have to let you know how it went.i practiced on some cornish hens and OMG. Ladies and dudes you have to make this shes a absolute professional and when she says it's the best it is!!...love you Happy Thanksgiving. Subscriber for life!!!!

Hi! That sounds absolutely incredible!! My husband requests a smoked turkey every year so I'll be making something similar! I can't wait to try it! I hope you have a fantastic and delicious Thanksgiving!
@dennism6443 жыл бұрын
@@TatyanasEverydayFood When you smoke this bird mines a 25 pounder for 7 hrs I smoke it with apple wood wood pellets. Course my smoker is electric pit boss then I used a injector with granny smiths green apples sorta chopped in a blender kinda like chunky apple sause then add the cider. I inject about 1/3 way into the breast and thigh, with a full injector for both sides, I also stuff it with some of the green apples and some sweet red apples and 1 orange sliced with peel on, and with the injection whatever you have left can go on top with your fantastic glaze, which I take with the glaze the apples and cider and Canadian syrup with real butter and just squish it all together and rub that bird down put her in a pan and let it cook till its falling off the bone. I keep just enough of your glaze to give it one last coat before I slice, and the drippings makes the best turkey gravy I've ever had. I watch no other channel for cooking,you have a fan for life, always something to learn and watch.Thank you.

Tatyana, New subscriber and I’m trying to decide which turkey to make (garlic butter vs this one) along with your apple cider brine. Both recipes look great btw. My question (now obviously preference differs from person to person), however, which turkey recipe did/do you prefer more or see others lean more toward? Thank you for doing what you do as well!! Happy Thanksgiving

G📮📮d Day Chef. Just ordered my Turkey yesterday. Going with thighs, my friend has a butcher shop and he gets his birds from local farms. He offers birds cut up because so many people only want the white meat. So I get 12 thighs between 1-1 1/2 pounds each. The maple butter looked awesome but I'm doing the mustard glaze you did on the thighs over a mixture of root vegetables. Sprouts are one side done with bacon and beer. I'll look for a Ukrainian beer to make it. Know a good brand? Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day. Ciao Bella Amica, Dio Ti Benedica 📬🌷🌷🌷

Good morning! That is such a great idea!! My family also prefers the darker meat over the turkey breast; they're always fighting over it! I absolutely LOVE the mustard glaze! It will taste so great with turkey! I don't really drink beer, more of a wine person, so I'm not sure!

@@TatyanasEverydayFood Good Morning Chef 🌅. I like the darker meat especially with a robust glaze like the mustard maple. Gonna use my 3 favorite mustards and make a blend. For your information Tatyana, the internal temperature of all poultry is 165 degrees and not 160. Find out from a butcher near you. But your turkey looks delicious !! Thanks for sharing and happy thanksgiving !
@TatyanasEverydayFood3 жыл бұрын
Hi! Yes, you are correct. I have the information on my website. However, the reason I remove it from the oven at 160F is because the turkey will continue to cook for another 20 to 30 minutes outside of the oven, raising the temperature well beyond even 165F. If you roast it to 165F in the oven, it will come out more dry.
