hey there I just want to say, I've been squatting with lateral hip and lower back pain for years and tried to rehab it over the years. I can't tell you how many different issues I thought I had, going through rehab program after rehab program with only minor or temporary improvement/relief. After just 1 week of doing these stretches (I watched your other internal rotation video as well) I squatted today at my usual depth with no pain! I can even get a little deeper than normal, but the lower back tightness and lateral hip pain returns. I'm going to keep working on it and maybe I'll be able to full depth squat without pain soon. Thanks so much, you've changed my life!
