Great ideas. I’ve been treating Late Stage Lyme Disease for over 8 years now and inflammation is a major problem. I have acquired 3 autoimmune diseases, since the Lyme, Bartonellla and Babesia so this could be quite helpful. I already take the omega supps along with black seed oil capsules which help. I will be adding in these others. Should I take all of them? I have bad hip joint pain and neck pain. Also, are there any supps that are contraindicated with these 5. Thanks for any feedback. I look forward to any upcoming videos!

Hi Dr, Doesn't ginger raise blood pressure? New researches nowadays say that omega3 from fish oil can cause heart and prostates issues. I like resveratrol. Thank you Dr.

I have found ginger lowers BP. Lipoic acid is another good antiinflammatory, especially combined with quercetin. 6:32

@@bluzz991 i just read my note last night and it said that ginger raise blood pressure in Chinese medicine. Food that is warm in nature like garlic, onion, ginger, poultry etc...create heat in body, make us dizzy, irritable, angry, thus raise blood pressure. Although they have medicinal values, we have to take into account the warming or cooling temperature ( called energy) of the food. Cow milk, banana, cucumber, celery, cilantro etc...are cooling and we need to eat them instead. A person who is cold all the time will benefit from warming energetic food. Chinese medicine has 5000 years experience. Ayurveda ( India medicine) 2000 years. They are wise and have broader knowledge about healing. Listen to your body. Whatever work for you, do it. I eat 2 cloves of fresh garlic a day to melt the clot and plaque in arteries. But I notice palpitations. I know the heat cause that. So, an hour later, I have to eat cooling food to make me feel better. Pineapple, black fungus mushrooms. ( sold in asian market) melt the blood clot in heart chambers also. Dr Andrew Weil like black fungus mushrooms. He said they lower cholesterol.. Kale ( warming food), carrots, oranges , almost all vegetables melt plaque also. The sky is the limit. Eat lot of vegetables and some fruits. Good luck to you. Acupressure lower blood pressure also. Yoga does that also.
