Great talk!!! Thanks for discussing that. I injured my foot almost 2 years ago (sesamoid stress fracture) and got cortisone shot at the hospital 6 months ago which led to an infection that was not diagnosed until recently (cellulitis that was caused by the infiltration). I was treated with IM antibiotics + 2 weeks of oral antibiotics. Doctors said this week that it's healed but honestly I still feel some pain and would like to maybe try BPC-157. During the past months they did all sorts of tests in hopes to find the problem and found out I only have 1 artery + 1/4 in my left leg; which they don't know if I was born that way or is a result of my road accident I had 6 years ago. Anyway, it makes my blood circulation very poor in my left leg and then makes it difficult to heal. For an injury in the lower limbs, where can the shot be safely done ? Does a shot subcutaneous around the stomach area could be potentially benefial to help with the healing process? Thank you🙏

DHEA is another good one for helping you sleep as it is a precursor to growth hormone and I take half a tablet at night with a zinc supplement
