Damnnn how am I just now finding your channel. Loving the videos as a Sydney Vegan who loves Asian food. I love the Chinatown Noodle House, you can see the little ladies handmaking them early in the mornings. If someone with a lifetime of knowledge isn't making my dumplings then I don't want it haha. The Noodle house that moved in Pyrmont recently is really good too! As well as the one on Bondi Beach, but they're all this northern style so they're similar.

Damn, I can't wait to come to Sydney and try these! A while back I went to a Chinese restaurant here in Wellington and had an eggplant dish that was NOT GOOD 😢 but all this looks amazing!

Love the eggplant dumplings! Did you ever go to the vegan yum cha restaurant on Pitt St near Galleries Victoria? It closed years ago, but they did the most amazing tofu (egg style) tart.

you need to try Seabay handmade noodles in Eastwood! their pan fried vegan dumplings (not so much their vego noodles) are absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! they're on the chinese side of Eastwood next to a yum cha place!

I went to Chinese Noodle House and tried their eggplant dumplings and they were the worst I’ve ever had. The bottom was SO burnt and the eggplant flavour was gross. Before this I went to Major Dumpling Noodle and they were sooo yum... then I ordered they same thing a second time later and they were not nice. :(
