P.S. if you're using red wine vinegar instead of the wine, do 50/50 - so ½ cup red wine vinegar ½ cup water! You can use soaked sunflower seeds instead of walnuts for someone allergic to nuts! This recipe is naturally gluten free too by the way :) (as is the pasta I'm eating it on). Enjoy so much! 💕

I would recommend using sunflower seeds instead! But yes you can just leave all nuts/seeds out - the texture will be a bit different!
