300ml (1 + 1/4 Cup) Whipping Cream
100g (3.5oz) Hazelnuts
For the Glaze:
170g (6oz) Dark Chocolate
60g (1/4 Cup) Butter
100g (3.5oz) Ground Hazelnuts
