After about a year and a half of progressively worsening symptoms, I found out that I was anemic. I’d improved my diet, exercise, and eliminated medications with little improvement and finally got a blood panel that showed my ferritin levels were very low. A simple iron supplement improved my cold tolerance significantly after a few weeks along with a number of other symptoms like cramping in my calves and tingling in my extremities. I had tried supplementing several vitamins/minerals but as a man, just hadn’t ever thought that iron would be an issue. It turns out it was and I’m glad I god a blood panel and found the issue.

Could be migraine. I get them, and most of mine are migraine without actual headaches.
