Cold hands and feet? Why do cold feet sting in hot water?
Poor blood flow (circulation) in your legs and feet causes cold feet. Poor blood flow means that it takes longer for the blood to reach your feet. Your blood travels through pathways (blood vessels) in your circulatory system. These pathways can close, harden and narrow, making it difficult for blood to flow steadily.
Why are my feet sweating but are cold? Why are my feet cold at night?
Cold feet could be a sign of an underlying condition. Several conditions that affect blood flow include:
Autoimmune conditions (anemia).
Heart disease.
Hormonal changes (hypothyroidism).
Narrow artery blockages or constricted blood vessels.

Been to my GP said pulses were good in ankles....also been to Podiatrist. She felt my feet and pulses said good pulses feet are a little cold if it warms up in a few months still having problems let me know. OMG Gotta be a reason for this. Randomly throughout the day not constant.

Thank you for sharing and should share more. I am a nurse and I have these symptoms. When I went for my yearly medical check-up? Is always shown favorable lab results despite the cold on my hand or feet. I wish we had a cheaper version of compression stocking in Singapore cause the current ones on the shelves or recommended by Dr? Are way too expensive for daily use. Nonetheless, thank you very much for sharing our alternatives in different markets. Love this channel.

What if your calf's feel ice cold but are not cold to touch . Sometimes also feel painful, heavy and unable to put any pressure on it . Mainly in left calf and symptoms come and go , but feel much better when lying down. Also have pain in left hip and left soulder blade , again can feel much better when lying down. Also have constant muscle twitching in different parts of the body. Does anyone have any idea on what it maybe. Any help would be greatly appreciated .

I don’t have throbbing in hot but cold is very very painful to me a lot of pain when I’m trying to do things in the kitchen when I go to Walmart anymore I basically lose feeling now in the winter when it’s cold and my first knuckles are attached to my hand have been really red for the last couple of years They are more red and my hands swell when it’s hot but my friend who was an anesthesiologist said that that was just because when it’s warm out your vessels expand to allow for more blood flow to help cool your temperature but when it’s cold and they shrink down really badly and lately they’ve even been going numb on top of my knuckles and I’m having different types of discoloration. I don’t know what is going on it’s freaking me out my legs are hurting aching all the time like they did when I was a kid like aching you know that I can’t really pin for it. It’s just all over I can’t get any relief

Doctor can you suggest a remedy for the tingling feeling starts in the thighs and slowly depends to the calf and it starts becoming painful.then it's impossible to move and become feel light in the head. What I learn that if your body has less weight and you eat less too, all vitamins and minerals are turned to energy to heal the body instead of digesting the food we eat. That's why when we are in the hospital, they put IV so we don't feel hungry as usually we do. Fasting is good for the body to heal

If my feet get so cold that it bothers me, I soak them in hot water with Epsom salt to help warm them up and help circulation. What isn't normal is that my butt gets abnormally cold. It's so bad that if I'm not sleeping alone, I can make my partner cold just by being near them. People have compared it to the Life Draining Machine from The Princess Bride.

Hi Sir❤️🙏 I have foot sole pain on both feet for 1 year...my symptoms are burning pain,hotness,redness ,severe pain when I am in standing position....nd also pain in hand finger tips nd palms,all blood reports are normal, Nerve Conduction Test is normal.i got pain from toes to heal on soles always on day ,when I eat hot food,my feet become hot... My Dr said may b it is Small fiber Neuropathy...I can't walk with barefoot since 1 year😞 ,I can't walk with ortho slippers even for 1 hour,my problem is not related to plantar fasciitis,neuroma, metatarsalgia,gout, I used Gabapentin but my pain not reduced,than I stopped allopathic medicine.I can't find out my solution,I am just 32,I had pcos nd hormonal imbalance for 6 years,I got HRT treatment for 3 years for pregnancy,I have also lower back pain when I bend forward.pls explain to me what actually I had the cause of my problem nd treatment ,pls make a video on it soon🙏🙏🙏,

That would be an offlabel use 😁, but in general it does boost nitric oxide production and dilates blood vessels, but could put more pressure on your heart to meet the demand

My husband is the same. He is always in short sleeves and shorts, lies on top of the bed with no covers and always has the air con blasting in his car. I’m the complete opposite, freezing hands and feet, always huddled up in thick clothing even in Summer and walking around the supermarket I look like I’m going to climb Mount Everest.
