I've been taking Blue for a little over two months. When I first started using Blue, it seemed to irritate my throat, but I thought, "Okay, something else must be going on in my body." So, I continued to use it, and after the first week or so, I no longer experienced the irritation in my throat. Then I ordered the 660 band. The combination of Blue and the 660 band was a game changer. My daily 45-minute walks doubled in duration and were faster with less muscle fatigue. I also experienced an incredible boost in energy and, more importantly, a sense of well-being throughout the day. I joined Solex back in december.:: i have been using blue every single day. One thing that stood out is that I had a sore throat one night and took an extra dose before going to bed and woke up without a sore throat and feeling great. What doesn’t blue do is the question?? My ears perked up when I heard it helps with candida. I’ve always battled off and on with candida flare ups and blue knocks it right out. Additionally, I’ve been taking blue with d3k2 and pulse and they all do something magical together. I really feel mentally clear, emotionally happier, and waaaaay more energy. Normally during the winter, I wrestle with at least 2 major colds. This year at the first sign of an infection I begin a daily regimen of blue. I take it for about a week and have only suffered minor aches and fatigue when symptoms begin. This has been one of my healthier winter seasons. That said, all my life I have suffered from chronic UTIs. Blue appears to be keeping my urinary tract in balance. I have not had a UTI since last spring. I have noticed after about a week of blue, my body wants a vacation from it. So I stop until I feel a need to begin again. Every person is different. But blue definitely has it’s place in maintaining a healthy, system.

After Kaj's story about his mom, I hope to give BLUE to a friend who has lesions in her whole esophagus-- she is in so much pain. She is very skinny because she can barely eat anything because it hurts to swallow. Wouldn't it be wonderful if BLUE could help her heal! My husband and I each did Blue together and it was the only thing we changed and we both lost weight! I have 10 pounds of menopause weight. He has 20 pounds that he’s needed to lose for over a decade and no matter what I do for him he just can’t shift that weight. But somehow it happened with Blue! So I was experimenting and we stopped the Blue when we used up the bottle. And then I was going to switch and try Pulse. I wanted to do each individually so we could really watch for changes. But I just didn’t get around to taking the Pulse and over the last few weeks. We both gained our weight back! So what do you think I did!? No I did not take out the Pulse and start taking it! I took out that bottle of Blue, and we’re back on that as of three days ago! Waiting to see if it shifts our weight again! It’s always an adventure!

Blue, Blue, Blue - I recently started taking Blue and when I went to the Dentist, at first he was startled that my mouth was all blue and thought something was wrong. I told him about the BLUE! I had some decay where I had previously had a root canal. That tooth had to be pulled, so while it's been healing, I have had to be very careful with keeping anything from that side of my mouth. I knew that was impossible taking the Blue, so I had to stop using it for a while. I will soon be able to start taking it again and am so looking forward to that! I'm excited to see what it will do for me!!!
