I'm only here to comment on the little old lady who had 30 seconds to ask a question. And Doctor Burke was so kind and sweet and gentle did not interrupt was ever so patient. And I'm so grateful because she really needed help. And that shows such regard. I'm so thankful I got to see that. Thank you, doctor berg and other talker person

I started bioidentical HRT in 2009 with a Dr's RX and a compounding pharmacist. Pharmacist was a scatterbrain at best. In 2018, I started purchasing HRT on line through the guidance of KZbin ladies and or Dr's on menopause relief. I've done better since 2018 than I did with the Dr. However, just days ago I realized I've been using to much of my progesterone cream. Its been my go to for stress and anxiety relief for years. And recently has become the reason for heightened anxiety. Who knew? Not me! I'm about 4 days off of all my creams and feel better. I'm definitely going back to my bio identical HRT, just not sure when. Hope this helps some of the ladies on here remember that to much of a good thing is NOT a good thing. Thank you, Dr. Berg ❤

@vanitagomes3794 yes, estriol. So, both estrogen and progesterone creams. Progesterone is called the feel good hormone and so I used it more than directions said. Mostly I've done fine and felt great. Cutting back on my estriol, and boosting up the progesterone caused imbalance. Typically it's estrogen dominance. Watch Barbara Hoffman, Dr. Cabec or Dr. Karen Legget on KZbin and you'll get the correct way to use your HRT. Hang in there. In the mean time, make sure you're using it on thin skin ie... inner arms, chest, face, neck, ideally above the waist for your areas. And rotate sides of the body, one week left side, then switch one week right side. Maybe do your face 2 to 3 times a week. Good luck.

Dr. Berg i do all what you recommended taking sea kelp and potassium daily for more than a year. My symptoms are incredibly better than before keto. I do get a little bit puffy in the morning after day 25. I want to find out if it is MCAS (i do have it) because of increased inflammation or hormonal issue so to address the cause. I am still working to improve my GI problems. I appreciate your thoughts and thank you so much!!❤

Did you say we need 4700 mgrams of potassium? Why is it when I started taking a smaller pill of potassium by itself I was nauseous and vomiting, and when I take your electrolytes with potassium I'm absolutely fine? Also why does your electrolyte product have only 350 mg of potassium chloride if we need 4700?

Hi Dr. Berg, I think those glucogenic people should avoid the sunlight because they are not ready to be out in the sun since the glucogenic metabolism means hibernating mode--people should be inside caves awaiting the 'spring and summer'. They easily get sunburnt. I think it is important to be in active mode (ketogenic) to be out in the sun.
