This is my go to meal when having family or friends over because they're filling and heavenly delicious, and they are better than what you'll get in any restaurant. You can side these creamy, cheesy enchiladas with rice or refried beans , but they are delicious with a simple salad or alone too. Looks delicious. Granddaughter (8) says give her a ❤. She is picky eater; fruits and vegetables is her food of choice. She likes quesadillas though, and tacos that consist of tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese.😂 She says this looks good. I asked if I make will you try?
