One of the best sprinters in world football was Thierry Henry - he glided across the ground, such a smooth and effortless runner and with a recorded top speed of 39.2km/h one of the fastest footballers there has been. You look at someone like Mbappe who although very fast runs like a duck set on fire and their technique is night and day from each other.

Things you pronounced wrong: 1. Santiago Arias: Remember to pronounce the s at the end 2. Luis Advincula: Pronounce it Advincula with no pause, instead of saying it Advin - cula 3. Ante Rebic: Yes, that is how you spell it. Last name is pronounced Rebich Still love your content tho! +1 sub!

You should get some times/results from American Football wide receivers. Not only do they run fast, but they are looking sideways and backwards and their arms are up in the air for the catch. Catching a thrown ball is actually one of my sprint drills. Forces the brain and legs to work automatically without even thinking about it.
@jeems20662 жыл бұрын
Similar to rugby players in that they carry the ball with their hands. Football players might be slightly handicapped because they'll need to dribble with their feet so it adds some "restriction" since they'll need to consider how far they'll need to tap the ball forward or in a different direction.

I can run 30.7km/h on my barefoot before joining the track & field team, my goal is to reach top speed of 38.7km/h(10.75m/s) with 100m sprint time under 11.25s.

What are the benefits of hill sprints for sprinters
@TheSprintProject_3 жыл бұрын
Due to the angle of the hill it naturally puts your body in the ideal position for acceleration (forward lean, striking behind center of gravity, shin angled forward) which later transfers over when you are sprinting on flat ground.
