I bought the Ironmind DVD Unbelievable Bulgarians back in the day. The way they trained was different from how lifters train now. Vanev was a mad man!

Vanev is one of the few weightlifters to win world titles in 3 different weight classes 70, 77 and 85. I don’t know of any other world champion who has dislocated an elbow in the jerk.

Also the one and only Om Yun CHOL of DPRK (North Korea) has been world champion multiple times, he definitely has dislocated his elbows. Just look at one video of him and you will see it in his elbows. Of course he has done 3x body weight clean and jerk, so I don’t blame him for snapping elbows during career.

How should I incorporate bodybuilding work in my Olympic weightlifting, because I train my Olympic lifts 4 days a week and I do 2 days bodybuilding work.but I don't know what to do on that's days.can you give me an full example bodybuilding session.because I often look skinny after doing all the bodybuilding work on those 2 days
