1. Know. Know that you are breathing in. 2. Follow. Follow your in-breath and out-breath all the way through, focused entirely on the breath. 3. Body. Be with your body. Be aware of your body and remember that you have a body. 4. Release. Allow your body to release all tension.

I prefer to learn meditation from Thich Nich Han than from the Calm app. 🙏

I just see, I have commented here before, a year ago. - Looks like I use to come back to this exercise every so often. It is so full of insight. Simple, yet so rich. Thank you.

Breathing in means to take a concious breath in deliberately and breathing out deliberately ? Orto feel the in breath and out breath at nostril or at abdomen ?

May I know how I can be acquainted with the 16 breathing techniques? Is there a guided meditation on the 16 breathing techniques? I've seen the talks, including the songs, but I'd really like something that I can follow. Thank you.

Oh so I should breath more on my in breath. Since learning Yoga, I squeeze my diaphragm. And then relax letting my lungs fill automatically. Thank you.
