So Tina is a cat creature that only attacks when attacked and multiplies when attacked. And BoomerNA is a demonic Frog with 6 legs horns and a lot of abilities such as: Acidic Touch: can melt your skin off your bones with one touch. Mind Control Conversion: mind controls you and slowly torns you into one of its own unless it's killed then the mind control disappears leaving a motionless body and the creature comes back to life and eats them. And everytime it eats it'll grow and then make smaller versions of its self slowly taking over an area. That's all I know about these creatures.

I find it interesting that Tommy and Tubbo’s souls seem to not want to turn people into monsters. When their monster bodies were chasing Eryn their souls told him to keep running, they wanted him to be free even though they never could be again. Amazing job on this animatic by the way, it’s awesome.👏🤩

And there's no actual proof that they can't be freed. They may be freed if the book is destroyed, though that depends on where Grimmi wants to take the story. This could be a story where Dream wins and the town remains, or one with a happier ending with an ominous sign that Dream may return, only she knows.

I noticed throughout the videos so far dream has a limitation to his power to turn people into monsters. It’s that he needs to physically touch them to do it. Ever time someone is caught we always see dream touch or reach for them in some way. But that also means that avoiding dream is the best chance to make it out.

Finding this comment after a fortnight... It seems the monsters are limited extensions of Dream's power, as Eryn started to see flashes of his monster form and his bitten arm transformed to try to keep him in the forest where he could be captured. Plus Ranboo was scratched 9 years ago before he sleep walked to Dream, so he has some control via medium of infection.

I was originally very curious as to why they were so welcoming to Tommy and Tubbo and almost territorial when it came to Boomer, Tina, and Erin. Then it hit me. It's because, Dream called to Tubbo and due to Tommy joining him and them both following Callahan's lantern, they were both wecomed and become part of the 'family.' As opposed to the other three, who came in uninvited looking for Tommy and Tubbo. They were seen as intruders and a threat.

This was amazing! 2:57 is a really interesting part. For all we know when people get turned by Dream their human personality and memories disappear but here we can clearly see Tubbo and Tommy asking Eryn to keep running. Does that mean that after turning their personalities aren´t completely gone but rather just suspended and pushed aside? There would be more things pointing to this possibility as even in story on ao3 there are few moments when turned people seem to almost regret their action as if they didn´t want to do it but had no other choice (for example Punz when he took Eret). Are they actually aware of what´s going on around them but unable to do anything to stop it? Tubbo and Tommy are freshly turned so maybe that´s why their personas aren´t so far gone yet. Eryn´s arm turning at the end (3:03) and trying to stop him from running is also very interesting moment. He might have gotten out of forest but it´s already too late. There´s part of that place in him and he´ll return eventually. And they´ll wait for him Anyway amazing animation as always Grimmi. 💚 Your talent never stops to amaze me I can´t wait for tomorrow´s chapter and next animation.

Ahhhh! Tina and Boomers monster designs are so coool! Also Tubbo and Tommy are basically trapped in their own body...I do like how you can't leave, but Eryn's hand seems to try and stop from leaving.....like because he got bitten and the curse was able to control him in a way. Is it just me or was anyone else like actually scared, the chase scene was amazing. And I love that they had to go all out for 3 people. Also when it showed tommy and tubbo being chained does that mean it could be possible for them to turn human agein or to regain there human personality and memory? I would guess 2, since turning them back human would require undoing something that was done on a serious level. The only way I could think of that being reversed is if Dream used the book to undo it, or he dies. Most power is linked to the creator, so killing the creator usually solves the problem.

Small idea I had while watching this: when someone is turned by dream they don’t automatically loose themselves, they may lose control of their body’s but their souls remind and are able to somewhat interfere with what’s going on but not by much if at all, but the longer someone reminds under dreams control the less power/awareness they have. Also I love the art and music choice for this and all the other parts keep up the amazing work ^^

I wouldn't say that, a few (Ranboo, George and Tubbo) seemed to be called there, with the monsters keeping their distance. Though, considering that Ranboo had previously been attacked, that may imply that they were previous escapees. If that's the case... well, CPK and Eryn both have been injured by the monsters... And there's that glitchy scene where I think Eryn sees his monster form.

I like the little detail that when Niki started singing, Boomer covered his ears because if you hear the singing of a siren you’ll basically be mind controlled to go towards it. So of course he’d cover his ears, so he wouldn’t hear it.

Omg, this is so good with so many details. I feel sorry for Eryn in this AU. I mean, (spoiler warning) -Tommy and Tubbo disappeared because of his dare -He noticed their graves first -He gets separated from Tina and Boomer, then sees their graves -He sees Tommy and Tubbo chasing after him He must feel really horrible right now, he lost four friends because of him. Oh SHET- THIS IS AMAZING- GOOD JOB Edit: I retype and added some parts so enjoy Okay- this animatic has a lot questions and interesting events Okay let's get the more obvious one is that we saw Tubbo and Tommy in chains screaming at Eryn to run, that detail means smt important for the future of this AU... But now let's talk about some small details that we might missed at first watching the video Now...the small details I saw throughout this amazing video is that in some parts, Eryn's wound is being close up for us viewers to see (might be camera angle but it might be a clue) As I said we see these type of scenes happening and one scene made me more interested in it... At 1:06 we see them running right? But then it zoom up on Eryn's bitten arm and suddenly the lyrics of "are you scared?" shows dream talking with someone (his mouth was open) And then we go back with Eryn looking scared, we see him sweating out of fear but also nervousness, and...idk if it's just me. but he seems to be out of it, like he isn't focus on reality And then it started to glitch while focusing on Eryn, and at 1:16 a new scene appeared but...a monster was on the screen Now the thing that made me confuse is that, (I think) we never saw that monster before. It might look like purpled (I thought of purpled when I first saw that scene) however it doesn't really look like him when you get a good close look on it (his eyes aren't that alien eyes, it's all black and the nuzzle looks different as well, more spikey than purpled has) Also we saw purpled chasing Boomer in one scene so I don't think Grimm would reuse a monster because she already shown it to us viewers.. (and that purpled doesn't really seem important when it comes to eryn in the dsmp lore) (Please correct me if I'm wrong I don't watch Eryn or purpled that much in the dsmp) So I think, it's a new monster Who though? Eryn. Why? Well he got bitten on his arm and when the vid's about to end, we saw that same arm trying to stop him from escaping (his arm suddenly grabbed on a tree) Also don't you find it strange? that his nails were that sharp enough to be able to clawed into, a literal tree trunk that is old af, he was able to get his nails in and getting himself stuck There's no way that a human can be able to dug into a tree with nails, nails people. And the fact we get a close up on his hand grabbing the tree (at 3:04 if we look closely his nails seems more sharper, longer and thicker than regular human nails would) It might be a sign that Eryn is slowly going to become a monster, the monster we saw at 1:16 And not to mention at that same scene where the monster showed up, the lyrics said "I'm you" (COINCIDENCE I THINK NOT) Even though he escaped, Dream has gotten him, he just needs some time and he will eventually go back to the forest just like the other victims did Now another one that I have an idea (focuses on the first ever victim to escape) At the last vid we saw CPK getting scratched and in the stream (I asked the question) it's comfirmed that CPK escaped the forest at 2020 and this takes place in 2021, CPK might come back in the next ep however he is going back to the forest since every victim that has been scratched will come back (Ranboo) But now I have a theory on what's gonna happen in the next ep: once eryn got into emergency help, Aimsey and CPK might heard the news (Cause in emergency they ask you questions of what happened) I think eryn did tell them about him going to the forest and being chased by his monster buddies- and ofc the people won't believe him (we clearly saw that at article in 'follow me' where CPK and aimsey are called lunatics for telling them what they saw at the forest) So the news spread around, when the two heard abt the incident they both go to meet Eryn (Whatchu guys think-?)

Stars, I feel so bad for Eryn... The kid's gonna be blaming himself up and down the highway for what happened to all four of his friends. Survivor's guilt is going to hit him like a truck- Apart from that, I really love how you included c!Eryn lore into this. The way he was able to see Tubbo and Tommy's spirits in chains telling him to run being linked to his canonically strong empath abilities? The way you made his arm messed up?? Oh I love this AU so much despite really disliking horror. I may be shaking out of fear and tension but I'll be damned if I don't come back for more of the story. Speaking of his arm, uh-oh. Really love the detail of how his hand glowed and dug into the tree to keep him there to be caught. Spooky- So spooky. Wonder how long or what will cause his return to the woods. After all, we know that nobody who gets harmed and escapes remains free, the woods and Dream have laid their claim. Thanks so much for creating

OMG THAT IS ACTUALLY SO FUCKING SICK!!! We got SO much lore to disect in this 3 minute video HOLY FUCK!!! I'm going crazy over Tommy and Tubbo's whole thing!! Just that one frame where they ''tell'' Eryn to keep going gives me so much to think about AAHHH. And Eryn's hand FUCKING TURNING ON HIM WTH!! THAT IS SO SCARY!! Getting like, scratched or bitten by the monsters is almost like getting infected it seems like. I'm very curious about what Tina, Bommer and Eryn's monster forms are, I mean, we only got Eryn's hand and face(?) to go from for his monster, and Tina's and Boomer's I just can't think of anything LOL. Also, I don't know why I find it so funny when Clingy duo gets to the limits of the forest and they're just like ''oop- nevermind''
