The Happiest Muddy Little Elephants, Khanyisa & Timisa And Serious Dam Time! 💦

How can you not smile while watching the elephants enjoying life so much? All they need is a little mud and water and their wilderness turns into a playground! Watch Khanyisa and Timisa enjoying the mud with the other elephants close by, and waterhole time as all the elephants get stuck into the joys of the dam. Sebakwe and Mambo take to sparring, Khanyisa splashes that little pink trunk about and is protected by allomothers, Kumbura, Klaserie and Limpopo. Happy new year from all of us at HERD! As always, I am so impressed by their spatial awareness. They always know exactly where the babies (and everyone else) are. Before I started watching this channel I always thought elephants were big lumbering beings. I now understand that they are big extremely agile beings. Their muscles must be both big and strong, but also totally controlled and capable of great finesse. It's hard to imagine that kind of strength and power.

It's all fun and games, until someone loses an eye. lol That's my mother in me, I can't understand how those two don't get stepped on. Just amazing. Their happiness is infectious but I will stick to the sidelines and watch the fun. Just hope someone doesn't throw mud at any of you guys, I still get a chuckle out of the time Mambo 'accidently' got Adine the other day. Hugs and Luvs all around. 💕

They are so relaxed , so full of peace and yeah mischief. Their also safe and that is so wonderful to see. They fascinate all of us and they are truly inspiring to watch. I loved watching, and that's all we humans should do. Never intrude, never take away from their freedom and right to land, water, food and boundless free will.

This has to be one of the best dam videos here. I've watched it so many times. It's almost as if the herd has mental telepathy between them in their movements or when they all together suddenly stop moving for a few seconds. I notice they do this on land as well. I know we put human characteristics onto animals, but I swear when they were in that mud I really thought I saw and heard Tokwe, Timisa, khanysia and all of them Smiling and Laughing. It is So joyful to watch them at their favorite pastimes. They are Wonderfully Unaware of how innocent and beautiful and fierce they truly are.

Yes, he enjoys the water. The draught has caused the water level to drop significantly. Maybe he is reluctant to walk into the deep mud due to his injured ankle?
