I've done this after my leg workout. Before i tried this, i thought it couldn't be that hard, but it was pretty tough. thx 👍🏻

This was deceiving - legs are on fire!! Last 10 seconds of each set in the last round were pretty slow and painful 🔥🔥🔥😅😅😅

I would still use this as a finisher set on your leg days. This is definitely not enough for the legs as a main workout.
