I’m from the area where Jaren was found, and I remember how much the fact she was a dancer was emphasized on the news. Everyone’s attitude, sadly, was “what do you expect dancing in New Orleans?” which is obviously ignoring the bigger issue and victim blaming. The motive was probably a thrill kill. Just the fact that they were looking for other girls before finding Jaren tells me they were looking for someone they intended to murder. Probably a dark, twisted goal of the boyfriend that the girlfriend was more than willing to help him with.

Had a work friend that lost his young Son to this type of twisted "Thrill Kill" mentality. At first I thought maybe they lured Jaren in for a 3 some that, from her history, was rejected. @@sneed4987 You think it's always SO easy to get a job? Back around when this happened was when finding ANY work was IMPOSSIBLE. People with college degrees couldnt even find work! There were LINES for DISH WASHER JOBS for fucks sake. I've been homeless...why? Because my husband lost his job when he lost 2 fingers in a work related accient and we were renting a master bedroom in a home and the landlord kicked us out the DAY my husband came home from the hospital cause "if he is not working i can't let rent get behind"...he couldnt even give us 2 weeks to allow for the work comp payments to start (which btw is only $500 once every TWO weeks, when he had been making 700 every single week!) homelessness...being down on your luck, ect, can happen to ANYONE at ANY TIME. Especially when youre like us, we do NOT have family. I have been on my own since i was 15. I joined the CARNIVAL at 15 cause i had NO family who could care for me after my grandma sold my childhood home and moved to a senior only mobile home park. I lived and worked and traveled in the carnival from 15 years old til i was 27 years old (im 35 now, and met my husband who also worked in the carnival, on my 21st bday in 2009) Now thankfully my hubby has a good job installing gutters making 1200+ a week, rent a 2 bedroom home and own a horse again.....however I KNOW at ANY moment for ANY reason this could be taken away...and your security could be taken away from YOU ...YEP EVEN YOU...at ANY moment. @@Equestrianista_I agree with @sneed4987 100%. Adrian is a very shallow story-teller, he can pitch his eyebrows as high as he wants, but his efforts to whitewash all the victims of his videos are just ridiculous propaganda tricks. Maybe he thinks he's going to get more clicks w that. he's read her last Facebook post - she's bragging about everything she's done! Really? I think she's made some terrible choices and that didn't lead her to being stronger but to her death... As simple as that. The problem in this country is much larger, though. Kids try to replicate their parents' lives and behavior - being stupid, promiscuous, fucking around all the time - baby momma here, another one there... Marriages don't last... Looks trump substance nowadays, folks think social media photos with your kids is what you do for good parenting. Speaking of broken homes - how many ppl do you know whose parents are still together? This is the pandemic and no one is talking about it. And you're just another example! Yes, I know, fingers get chopped off and life can take turns for the worse - well, generally speaking you're not living in a war-torn village in Africa. You just haven't learned the true values since your parents weren't around. You don't know better. Now you'll probably make a bunch of babies that you can't support, break up with your other half, and cycle repeats. Nothing personal, but that's just statistics. If you end up growing old together with your other half - that's like you hitting the jackpot.

More and more women and men are turning to camming on onlyfans and other sites (aka basically doing porn) because well the times have shifted and the stigma is mostly gone with the younger crowds but for some reason - oh no this victim was a dancer and must be bad. I hate to see it. I have seen people hate on women and men who are prostitutes just because that is their job to make ends meet yet these same people have 0 issue going to a "escort" yet its the same thing. @HartleyBurns
@HartleyBurns Жыл бұрын
@@simonpeters5977 That is a horrible thing to say. You can't judge someone on the circumstances of their life as life is unpredictable. She may have had the child when she was in a better situation finically or felt she was in a place she could provide for her but it fell through because that is what happens in life. Just because she worked a job that many consider 'indecent' and constantly villainise in media and press doesn't mean she was a terrible person or mother who doesn't deserve a child. It means that she needed money and took a job, like anyone would. My parents had me and my younger sibling and lived a good, stable life for ages then, bam, we became homeless for years. So many mothers can provide for their child and live in a comfortable place financially yet abuse their children and neglect them and I think those are the people who do not deserve to be parents - The only people who don't deserve children are those who clearly lack love for them. And, you're right, we will never know what kind of mother she really was yet why do you feel the need to comment something like this on a video about her brutal murder? Have you ever heard the phrase if you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything? Because that kind of comment on the video about the innocent victim of a killing is not a good look, especially when you don't know what kind of mother she was either yet clearly seem to think the child would have been better off elsewhere despite no evidence to back this up other than your own bitterness.
@simonpeters5977

@@HartleyBurns I don't care, if it is a bad look. It is 100% the truth. And yes you can judge people based on their actions. People need to start to take more accountability for their own actions. This whole "no judgement" bullshit is becoming ridiculous. I was poor, I didn't do sex work. She was a prostitute, had a drug addiction and was an objectively bad mother.

the entire branch in itself has problems. the "provider", the customers and the ppl inbetween. that they indirectly hate each other is sadly not really seen by the public. there would have been other options if she just kept looking and maybe seek support, but then again she most likely would be susceptible to frauds etc. think the reason most ppl don't want to deal with it is simply because the ppl that are "working" in it have no other option than to deny the public other options of help. so they indirectly like harming themselves. you can see this pretty early when somone from that branch marks you as an evil person simply for offering them other ways of life.
