For someone not actively covering this case, you are freaking impressive!! I’ve been following it like a full time job since week 1 & your info so far has been 100%. The level of knowledge you have on this case is that of someone who’s been deep diving since day 1 as well! No biases or inferences of guilt on a specific person, I give you major respect for that. Regarding the two mattresses....the one in the foreground at 6:32 with the visible staining appears to be a single size bed, as apparently from MM's room where her and KG were found. The mattress in the second truck is a larger size (queen?) and is likely from XK's room where her and EC were found. This particular mattress doesn't have noticeable staining so it seems more than likely that XK & EC were found on the floor of the bedroom.

All parents failed to ask the right questions and they all completely reject the idea that this could be a drug related crime... For them it's more important to portray their kids as angels which is their choice but it might lead to their kids never getting the justice they deserve... Bryan is not the guy in my opinion and I think they have nothing on him otherwise it would be public... Lastly I must say Bryan Kohberger's parents also fail to stand up for what's right... Covering their faces and hiding themselves instead of staying their son's innocence before trial...

I believe Frye didn't publicly expand the year of the Elantra on Dec. 7-8 because they already had their eyes on Kohberger and wanted him to think his 2015 was outside of their scope. And as for law enforcement referring to the car as "suspect vehicle 1" I believe that's just protocol even when it's just one vehicle. That way, if any additional vehicles are added to their case they simply go in numerical order with no need to amend the reports to add the #1 to the first suspect vehicle.

Ethan could have been stabbed before Xanna and she may have tried to get away. He may have still been alive and struggled to help Xanna and fell before door while Xanna was being stabbed. Speculation. He was a threat to the killer being a healthy athletic man. Dont think he had any chance at all. Possibly multiple killers. If only one killer Ethan would be first with multiple killers say two then who knows but one killer really did alot of killing in a short time. Then the roomates didnt call 911 for 8 or 9 hours. Really weird.

Also I can see red stains on both mattresses. For some reason I’ve always pictured Maddie asleep on her stomach & the perp coming in quietly & getting her quick & quietly through the back (possibly neck if we assume which mattress was hers 🥺) We now know Kaylee was sitting up in the corner, also that she got trapped so she would have been at the top left of one of those or bottom right. I believe Maddie had a smaller bed. Idk if either had a headboard so I’m not sure whose white frame that is. On Ethan, we get the idea he was on the bed, but If you account what was dripping down that back wall, that would have been where the headboard of the bed would be or the floor beside it. The mattress would soak up most of it so it’s always been kind of confusing how with Ethan being on that side of the room but likely on the bed, how there’s still enough liquid to drip down the side of the house unless he was also hanging off, or it was caused by poor Xana laying on an uneven floor. I know this is morbid, not trying to be dark but these details give us insight to how things happened. As detectives say… the crime scene will speak to you if you pay attention. This has always made the mattresses/patters based on what we have been told more confusing to me I would be curious of other’s thoughts on which one was which & where the victims ended up. If Ethan wasn't killed right away and he was severely/mortally injured and knocked out, he could have come too and had enough life left in him to try to crawl to the door, but he bled out by the time he reached it. This attack could have happened with Ethan in bed, and then drug himself off of it trying to make it to the door. That's more than likely the THUD weve been hearing so much about.

I would speculate the reason Fry said they were looking for a 2011- 2013 on Dec 7th was to not tip Bryan off that they had his 2015 car and him on their Radar as early as Nov 29th.(Reg his car to Wa. Nov 18th). Also wasn't it Dec 7th that W.S.U. called Kohberger in again to see how the altercation between him and Professor Snyder was progressing. A little covert assurance nothing was out of the ordinary. Looking forward to his return after Christmas vacation. However wouldn't this have been a golden opportunity to collect some fresh DNA that would be needed to match a Buccal swab once the time came for one....Serve coffee, soda, water, or maybe some touch DNA going over some paper reports etc.... They definitely had his licence plate number as a reader board doesn't red flag unless it has been put into the national system...... Oh for those that don't know, Kohberger was fired via Zoom Dec 19th 2022.....Snyder- Kohberger altercation Sept 23,, Meeting to discuss altercation Oct 3,, Meeting to go over improvement plan Nov 2,, Dec 7th see above, Dec 13th, Reader board Loma Colorado, WA. Plate CFB 8708, 12 days after the Dec 7th meeting Kohberger was fired, Kohberger was at PA. home.

Why even bring up the car at all if they already identified the Elantra by November 25th. ALSO Doesn't it make M9RE sense that if the door dash shows up at the same time Bryan is supposed to be entering the home - that Bryan is the DD driver? Where is the footage of both the dd driver's & BKs car entering the area and leaving it as well? Audio from Linda lane only picks up the 1 vehicle doing the multiple 3 point turns and then leaving the area - where's the audio of the other vehicle leaving the neighborhood then. There's audio & video of a big black truck leaving at a high rate of speed.

I think Suspect Vehicle 1 had Pennsylvania plates, which do not include a required license plate on the front bumper. Suspect Vehicle 2 was the same car, only after BK changed to Washington license plate number CFB-8708, and a second plate is required on the front bumper in Washington. He put those on Dec. 5, 2022 after changing the registration on Nov. 18. I've never seen a detailed official explanation of this, but did deduce it and it makes sense. I don't know of any suspect vehicles higher than No. 2, although I have seen unofficial reports that Emma Bailey had a white Elantra, too. There was a wrecked Elantra found in Oregon that the Moscow PD quickly discounted as being attached to the crime (though it was registered to the owner of 1122 King Road.) Very confusing.

Lana if Ethan and Xana's location is as you described then how did the blood run down the outer wall? one of the two would have to be supported by the headboard of the bed. So either Ethan wasn't blocking the door or Xana couldn't be seen by the cop coming down the hall.

Yep, that's exactly what i'm implying. My guess is that Ethan might have been on the bed and that's how the blood got to the outer wall. There's a true crime case, i don't remember which, but it was about a woman who was killed in her bed. There are crime scene photos of it; the mattress was soaked, but there was also a huge puddle of blood on the floor next to it. Depending on the position of the body, i think it wouldn't be impossible for someone to be on the bed, but also their blood to be seeping down to the floor / outer wall.

I agree with you. It is difficult to unify what is described in the PCA and the external images showing the blood. In photos and videos (TikTok) of the room, it appears that the bed was against the wall where there was blood. Lots of questions in this case.@@LanaMarie

I’m still questioning whether or not Brent Kopacka is really dead. His online obituary on Legacy i read a message that also could have been faked and it was a good yore from “Emma Bailey” stating how much she’ll miss coming by his place with all those pizzas (or some type of food). Indicating she was possibly the Door Dash driver.

It seems the killer(s) knew who was in what rooms . He passed by the room on the first floor to continue up the stairs . For the murders to hapopen in such a short time ( i heard about ten minutes ) they must have known who they were looking for and where they were . Unless it was just random homicide, but then why not check to see who was in the first room you passed by ?

Ethan could've been stabbed on the bed then gotten up and tried to close the door after the perp left. Then he passed away by the door while closed. I've seen many videos of people getting stabbed and they keep walking/being active for a while, just to succumb to blood loss after a bit.

I think investigation as a whole is a joke and give LE as a whole a grade of F. As far as secrecy and cover up which in turn speaks corruption.. I give a grade of B, it seems the only proficient thing LE fairly good at is this and must have some practice at the former?

I'm assuming PCA may, but rarely, contain permittable lies, and hearsay is permitted for probable cause processes. so, creative writing is part of the skill set of crafting a PCA Thx in advance You provide very valuable content.

❤❤ You did this so well. It's absolutely beyond belief how many other suspect DNAs and vehicles have been ignored after all the moms and Emm / Deme drug odose arrests were suddenly dismissed. Then the Door dash no 911 call? Really? I truly believe those murdered were witnessed by the surviving occupants / DRUG TRUCK student yelling Xana Xana who had to have heard and seen the crime in progress. 400 witnesses are being called by defense and maybe from the time the victims must have needed help from the attackers. Not just one attacker. Sorry if all the wounds don't match the knife from a sheath found what weapons were used? Maybe like a machete, axe or golf club causing sharp force injuries. Again, all completely ignored by PD. 😮😮

It's well known the snap was made of brass, and DNA doesn't last longer than 12 hours; the fact there were 20 skin cells makes that likely to vanish sooner, but let's say 12 hours, well if it wasn't found till 430ish then that's 12 hours from when they want to say ( after they said 2 or 3 ) that sheath wasn't sent to the lab that night. I doubt it was tested on Monday, so how was there any sample left?? Ortham has said twice they can only run and get results around 12 weeks, but they did the HBO special in 6-8, so eight weeks. How did they get a profile so fast for this case? The car looping was a Crysler 300; the other cars were a Ford and an Elantra - those only once passed There was at 430 an f250 with a turbo that went to 1122, and it's on LL, you can here Murphy barking and the truck back up, doors open It was brought up many months ago, but finally, someone with an audience brought it up, and played the footage. It's crystal clear That when the house door was left open, Murphy was taken or left to run loose
