@@nataliefoss5629people always always blame it on cost it is 1000% a lazy thing cutting strawberries everyday is annoying making you own burgers and the other reason is selection lots of people like eating different things all the time. I on the other hand almost always get the same couple of foods. Now the meat price is not a issue normal people eat it anyways fruit on the other hand is a big expense especially in Canada in Costa Rica it’s probably dirt cheap like how are beef is pre cheap. But seriously I can’t comprehend why people wouldn’t want to eat fruit and meat pretty much everyday that’s what I look forward to but after work it’s so damn easy to just get a burger then cook one. Try Primal Diet of Aajonus. Chron's is hard, and you have to maintain the diet for life unfotunately, but PD will cure it to a degree that you will be more then fine. Also, you can drink vegetable juices, but not the vegetable. Mostly Celery to corect the overacidity in the intestines, wich is messing up your mucus so you got no protection when u eat foods, so you don't bleed or other nasty stuff. That overacidity can be corrected with the juices in the book but it can take years.

All Paul wants is for people to be healthier and to have a better life in general. He also encourages you to eat in a way that your body responds well to, as long as it’s nutrient rich. And yes he has more freedom to exercise all day but that’s what he’s built his life around it’s the same with Will and hundreds of other fitness influencers. This dude is a quack. There are articles all over the place fact checking his numerous claims over the years. He likes to act like him being a Dr is an excuse to cherry pick the research to suit his worldview, that's classic quackery (he's a psychiatrist btw, the least competitive field in medicine and one that has no clinical experience to inform his pseudo-scientific claims). He clearly he ignored a lot of the things taught in medical school (which are based on decades of validated research) in favor of appeal to nature dogma. Will is not informed enough to challenge his claims or to present him in any type of skeptical light. This is influencer circle of friends behavior at its finest.

@@DCJayhawk57haha. Which youtuber did you get this paragraph from. Maybe of you actually listened to his podcast you could see his research and studies for yourself instead of taking other peoples word who dont like him because he says youbdont have to eat veggies

He is doing a good job actually, because he has a very natural based diet. Nothing processed and everything organic. I think, this is the biggest problem why our health is often so bad, because we stuff ourselves with garbage. I'm a big believer that, if we stop having all that garbage, we would be like 10 times better off. In addition, food from the grocery store lacks all the nutrients because we want them to be as fast growing as possible and have them available 365 days a year

This Video got strongly influenced by the meat eating opinions of Paul. Dont get me wrong, I am a "meat eater" myself but i would like to see the opposite site of a bodybuilder who is vegetarian or even vegan. I dont know, would seem fair to me. Still love your content, greetings from germany

Paul and everyone in the carnivore community debate vegans all the time. You should look into Anthony Chaffee. I have never, and I do mean literally never, seen a vegan actually make sense in a debate against him.

I was recommended a similar diet by "nutritionist", despite all their claims I felt no different after 6 months of it than I did just eating a normal, clean diet. I've tried vegan diets as well, same situation. My takeaway from years of personal experience on this merry-go-round is that no one who isn't trying to sell you something will insist that their way of dieting is the only way to be healthy (see also: every diet tribal on the internet).
