Valentino is so right ,driving a lamborghini puts you on top of the world , The car is very different and very special from anything else that you see on a common basis. Valentino is a great man who speaks from his heart. I ,love all his videos, I just missed out in meeting him in person, Maybe next time

This dude definitely has a dad or uncle that got him in the business, he certainly didn't get there on his own merit. Look how he's dressed with complete disregard to professionalism, his lack of interview skills, and his inability to review a car. A video that could have been so good is just passable, saved by the very man in the video title.

He seems like he doesn't know a thing about cars and trying to cover it up by repeating stereotypes like "passion", "italian flavor", "personality" without saying something specific about the actual car.

Wish Chris Harris was doing this vid. JF is a terrible interviewer and a terrible car reviewer. He gave me no insightful feedback on the Gallardo he was driving whatsoever, just generalized statements like "the car has a personality" ...oh really? No kidding, its a Lamborghini.

One of my favourite drive episodes so far with JF. Really enjoyed it. And can I just say thank you so much to all of you guys for not over-editing the sounds of the car. Top Gear lacks that raw sound that petrol-heads crave. With Drive, it sounds like you're actually standing there hearing that car in front of you. It's awesome! Good job :)

As an avid Lamborghini enthusiast (who isn't really), I thought the video was great. Mr. Balboni is such an icon; hearing his stories, sharing about the company is so intriguing. Who knows how long he'll be around for, so anything he says, I wholeheartedly listen to.

About a year ago,I went to lamborghini and had the opportunity to sit inside the gold Miura behind Valentino. It wasnt perfect, my knees were almost halfway up to the top of the steeringwheel and I had to have my arms nearly fully extended to hold the wheel, but there was something utterly magical about it. At that point, I promised myself that one day I would own that very car. great review keep em coming :)

To all the people that complain about JF's commentary behid the wheel, it is not a review about the Gallardo with a heap of stats and comparisons. It is a video about Valentino Balboni, Lamborghini as a company - the history and the present. I don't know about you guys but JF managed to make me feel as if i was in Italy! An awesome video. Thanks JF!

Good video but there are two things I have issue with. 1. Ferruccio Lamborghini is truly the face of Lamborghini and Balboni seems like a great guy and has certainly stepped into the position and done a great job of representing the company in a good light after Ferruccio passed away. There was almost no mention of Ferruccio Lamborghini by the guy doing the interview in this video. There would be no Lamborghini 's or this video if it was not for Ferruccio. 2. Don't recall seeing many, if any shots of a Countach, the most brutally aggressive, stunning Lamborghini ever Built! WHat's up with that?

I think the vid just shows the awesomeness of the car (the sound!), the career of Balboni. I don't care it's not a review of the car. I've seen Lamborghini reviews many times before. This is way more intresting. The disciption of the feeling to drive a car like that, the interview with the man who test drives all those beautiful cars. Superb vid.

7:32 So true! 20 minutes on Italian roads and anyone will agree that the fastest car in the world is not a Bugatti, Lamborghini or Ferrari, but a tiny little FIAT with a minuscule engine and an Italian behind the wheel. This is why the supercar was born in Italy.

I've never been a fan of JF but i'll be objective with my opinion. I think this video was great. I really liked JF's feedback about the car, the place and the experience in general. For me it seemed as if he really meant what he said, as if he was experiencing something new, something he loves doing and not just another car review. Most car journalists are used to driving supercars and that is reflected in their review; they seem not impressed, not passionate about it. Keep up the good work JF

Valentino Balboni drove a yellow Diablo roadster on Top Gear. Don't forget Mr. Lamborghini said he would never build a race car. Road & Track magazine said Ferrari's are built by Italian communist who hate your guts because you can afford to buy one. Ferrari's used to have metal shavings in the engine and graffiti on the insides of the body panels. Lamborghini's are no different. Owners of exotics are under the illusion that they are perfect, and dealerships like to take advantage of this. Lamborghini has had to be saved from bankruptcy several times over the years. Thanks.

i think this is one of my faviorite driven interviews and I think it is very pathetic the higest rated comments are insulting the interviewer when you do not even know his name. try to remember that this is about valentino not the interviewer and he does an awesome job at allowing balboni to show his enthusiasm thus the video has a very good feel to it.
