25:30 One really nice thing about one of my favorite series, Bungou Stray Dogs. At the end of every episode they don't have clips of the next episode, they just give you the title of the next one and you can guess what's going to happen until the next one. Of course I'm manga reader so I know what's going to happen, but for anime only(Danny), he won't know what happens next. 👍

headesks as one of the top 3 MHA fanfic writers, and who knows the lore 1- standard quirk expression starts at 4 and developed over time some mutations, like tokoyami and tsuyu, express earlier or from birth, but active 'abilities' only really develop after 3-4. 'Late' expressions hit by 7-8. At the latest. 2- Wash is actually fucking OP, because while his mutation is the washing machine thing, his actually ability is high precision bubble control he can control like 500 bubbles saving people at once. His gimmicked armor and branding is just him being extra. 3- a lot of discrimination in MHA is... weird. The closest to logical is the quirkess VS quirked and the 'dangerous' quirk being Villianous. The mutations being bad thing was rushed and clumsy in comparison. It could have been so much better in execution if they gave more background time to it. 4- that fucking almost spoiler was bad. Chris, you asshole. 5. Mineta is part of a larger issue the fandom has, mainly that the girl/women characters are constantly objectified by the *narrative*. If anyone explored how 'being a woman in a heavily publicized and brand focused career like heroism' as a sub plot, It would be a nice change, but instead any pervy abuse/interaction is foisted to Mineta to make it a joke interaction. Which cheapens any use of Mineta in a serious context. It's an ongoing annoyance for the sane part of the fandom. 6. As a member of what I would hope is the 'not feral shipping' part of the MHA fandom, I'm sincerely sorry for dumbasses. Please don't hold it against the rest of us. Also: All American Rejects is a solid band. They've had some solid bangers and I've only heard good things about their live shows.

More fun quirk details for consideration: Midnight can actually control if she's releasing her 'mist' or not. The skintight layer let's her build up 'more' and control how much and where she releases it. Her origional outfit, without the skintight suit, was her essentially being 90%nude. The suit was developed as a compromise. Any gag character who's head doesn't make biological sense is fucked. This is true. It'd where the 'toon' logic of the series has to take over. Mineta's quirk- with the physiology, is fucking stupid. But the idea of 'derailment orbs', like Danny mentioned, could be crazy effective. ... Aoyama is actually a French national. The quirk is distinct from it. Naval laser is still finicky and problematic. But for its backlash, not the accent. Personal pick for worst quirks: Worse living situation: mirios intangibility. Because his quirk, when you see how he experiences it, is fucking terrifying. Worst combat: probably Mei? Telescope eyes don't help much. Worst at parties: Shoji. "Let me just turn my limbs into eldritch body horror." Danny, you are severely underestimating how sexy someone could make Creation. There are... a lot of fics exploring this. Do not ask for me to further explain this. Todoroki could make entire structures for parties. Need a small castle of ice? Need a bonfire for s'mores? You got it. Late winter camping superiority. ... the Midwestern rocky boy in me might be coloring my thoughts on ice castles. I stand by it.

On the Seven Deadly Sins new series, called 4 Knights of the Apocalypse, the manga has actually been out for two years now and at least imo is a decent amount better than 7DS. The main protag is entirely original, the main group are all really enjoyable, and the sins are seemingly (and somehat thankfully) being pushed to the back burner as much as possible past introducing the plot. That being said, there have been a few Nakaba's usual missteps, but it still feels far less common than its predecessor and its overall reception has been rather positive as a fantasy adventure story. That being said, still nothing mind boggling amazing - just not the opposite either and the setting itself has been what led me to claw through 7DS and then still pick this one up too.

@B Black shonen is tough maybe magi (only slightly pervy) or fire force has strong female characters but is quite pervy, non shonens castlevania and arcane on netflix, accel world, akame ga kill is quite sexual but has almost a 50/50 men/women ratio and very capable females. 1:09:37 idk the specifics of Tokyo Ghoul but from what i do know its not nearly that much of a change but it does change the context and point of Light's character so yeah for people who love Death Note its often because of the characters, their point in the story, their themes and all that nerdy shit (i love that nerdy shit) so something that changes a character's POINT of existence so much is fairly a big deal to the people imo anime's still a better experience viewing it and the manga as seperate entities
