Have you ever come across - Sepatalie Foundational Sovereignty - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a good one off guide for discovering how to manifest more money and love and abundance without the headache. As a dental hygienist, I gotta recommend *not* brushing teeth first. Your dehydrated mouth is acidic and the outer enamel layer is slightly more solubilized, so brushing in this condition will result in too much enamel loss. Drink the water and wait about 20-30 minutes until the saliva jets in your mouth get going again - not just wet but rebalanced.
@downbntout7 жыл бұрын
Also, mindless toothbrushing gets crappy results with poor prevention of mouth disease - you know, the ol' cavitie$ and gum di$ea$e routine.

After years of feeling lost, purposeless and anxious, I stumbled across this book which had changed my life. I really appreciate the author for writing this book which had encouraged me to become more energized, happier and creative in my days. Inspired from this book, I became an early riser and shared my journey on my channel. Mornings are now my favorite part of the day!! Thank you !! 🌞

For me, a successful day actually starts the night before. I plan the next day or at least set my top priority. When I wake the next day the motivation sets in immediately without any further actions. Starting in the morning would be a very slow start to the day & would be a struggle on top of sleepiness. When I already know what I’m doing I’m up with focus & motivation.
@joyceleentvaar10 ай бұрын
Same for me.... I make sure I prepared my meals,, figure out what clothes I want to wear, check my agenda and set my top priority and affirmation, pick a yoga class to follow ánd I make sure the house is tidy. I literally can't imagine not doing those steps, my mornings would be an absolute disaster because of the brain fog.

I've been doing miracle morning for several years. At beginning it was quite difficult to wake up earlier. But when you become able to see the good things that miracle mornings gives you you just will keep doing. Wake up earlier is the best gift you can give yourself, it will impact your day, your whole life. Some times I stopped it because I am not able to handle it when I have a lot of work, stopping it is a great mistake. Even if 5 minutes per day will help you so much to become the best version of your self, which means being the person you want to be without any boundaries. If you think you are not be able to do this you are very wrong. It requires sleep earlier too but at the end of the day you will be so proud of you and do great things !

This also causes inefficiency in my work. I did it for the first time this morning, and immediately found that I no longer lacked energy and no longer resisted the work I was doing. I finished cleaning, washing dishes, packing clothes and walking dogs in two hours, even There is still time to look at your other three videos and make schedule. Then put two alarms... 1 near your bed... And another one away from you... Now you'll get up bcoz of 1st alarm and you can pay attention to the another alarm also... As you are awake now! I was always wondering - who are those superheroes who have time to do meditation, breakfast preparation, affirmation, visualization and even exercise and scribing before work? It all sounds really great when you think of it in the evening. But the very next morning you find yoursef spendind: - reading news while sitting on the toilet for 10 mins -15 mins on shower and health masturbation -15 mins on getting dressed - 10 mins having a cup of coffee or just prepearing your garbage to take out And that's all - this is your golden hour. Next 1-1.5h you usually spend on commuting. Nothing magical. Even though I sometimes manage to do some meditation and real breakfast prep, but it's rare occasions.
